What they're saying is that they're not being influenced(present tense) by other games.
It doesn't mean they haven't taken inspiration or concepts from other games, but that other games releasing and other game mechanics, like heavy rain's qte's, or gears of war's cover system aren't influencing their game development. That their not going to start introducing outside elements out of popular gaming trends. Again, like qte's and cover mechanics, or mass effects branching dialog. ...
The 360 and the ps3 are both producing games of equal graphical quality. Games of equal technical merit, and yet people are trying to claim one is superior. Once people start accepting this there will be a lot less fanboyism.
The ps3 and 360 are nearly equal. The only difference is the ammount of content one can fit onto a dvd vs a bluray disc. Other than that there has been no game released on either platform that the other system couldn't handle.

I'd assume it'd be a bit more gamer centric and less niche, especially if it's more "asked for". And I guess since it's grouped in with other multiplatform games it's more likely to be that, i'm sure if it was ps3 exclusive they'd make it loud and clear. My guesses timesplitters, battlefront 3, doom/quake, XIII 2(not likely), killer 7-2(not likely).

It's an open world game during the daytime, allowing you to explore the environments and town. Talking to residents will award you with secrets too.

The ps3 version has been in development longer and the 360 is a port. If however the tables would turn I'd definitely go with the 360 because that would have the overall better visuals.
there's a certain finesse in cs 1.6 that css loses, something about the hit boxes, the way the characters move, etc.
imo, they should just release counter-strike zero/1.6 for psn and xbla.

Heavy rain and wkc are great examples, announced as a release titles. They've yet to hit store shelves in NA. Or gt.
Don't be surprised if MS announces several new games they've been working at during upcoming events.
since the release of forza there has yet to be a higher scoring gt game. I doubt gt5 will do anything to change that.

How many developers work at each studio? A studio with 5 people isn't equivelent to a studio with 500 people.
