apple is not a better product than windows, I crash my osx partition more than me ubuntu and windows combined, the only thing it's good for is running photo and media editing software, linux for scripting code, and windows for office and, internet, games and viewing media.
Flash drives and solid state storage devices will be the new leaders in media, they're faster, more reliable, don't scratch, willbecome cheaper to use, will store more data(new flash drives are 165gigs), will be compatable with more systems, will use less energy are quiet. I think blu-ray wont last long after dvd, I give a little over 5 years being the top format.
blu ray wont win, 165gig flash drives are being released, and so are other for more useful formats, blueray will last for 5 years then topple.
is the important part. If forza out does it, it's one more franchise and genre that's better on another console. PS2 dominated most markets except, sports & fps, and in racing it was pretty close, if people see that the 360 can also do racing, fighting, and action/platformers (I doubt they will ever beat the ps3 at rpg's), it may spell more trouble for the ps brand.

I made the comment to refute the idea that GTHD is streets ahead of the competition. Calling a game with little options streets ahead because of small graphical advancements, isn't justifiable. If comparing another game in attempting to disprove the op is not necessary then by all means I digress, and would withdraw my statement.
my forza 2, I could care less about a driving simulator, I enjoy racing with damage, multiple cars on the screen at once, force feed back wheel.
And all driving games look close to the same now anyways.
Forza set the bar as the best racing series, gt is playing catch up now, so before they can claim it's streets ahead it should try to match the competition.
osx is just as buggy as xp. I've crashed it many times while using eclipse.
