Toshiba is still Head of the DVD Forum along with Warner Bros. So Toshiba still making royalities off DVDs and more money off the PS#3 than Sony. Remember Sony sold their Cell plant to Toshiba and borrowed $8 Billion plus liquidated $3 Billion (totaling $11Billion) of their company to try stopping the Blu Ray bleeding.
Gears of War Killer App franchise
2.7+ million Blu Ray players and a blockbuster like Pirates only manages to sell 160K first week. WB is looking at these sales figures.
