I haven't owned a Nintendo since n64 and while my son has the 3ds I never play mainly because I hate the screen and button sizes. This seems like the perfect solution for a console and handheld to bring me back into the Nintendo world...

What are you asking? You want to hear the ppl you're playing with through your tv and or surround sound? Cause if it's that the X1 has it and I actually hate it.. I don't want to hear the other players through my surround sound..

The world didn't do a 360.. The finicky gamers simply don't know what they want... Or maybe they do? Maybe they want that 4k but want to buy the whole package at the dollar store.. Or maybe when gamers play they see numbers and letter running down the screen like in matrix and can actually see the difference from 900p to 1080p on a tv that's probably 7 to 10 yrs old or even older!

How can there not be a real native 4K console yet still have select native 4K games? By the logic of your first paragraph we should still be gameing at 720p or lower because not every game is 1080p...

Didn't Sony go into detail on the fidelity of 4K? I guess I have to go back and watch the reveal cause I don't remember hearing them say we are up scaling to 4K with pro..
No the point here is the technology is moving forward... And it shouldn't stop because it's only going to serve 1% of the ppl at the moment.. And the point of marketing is to try and Convince ppl to move on to new technolog, now if you can afford it or not is a whole different story and my point is the ppl that can afford it should not be held back.
