Ubisoft is probably the one funding this promotion.
This serves one purpose: To get Haze onto the sales charts.
Ubisoft (and / or Sony) smells a flop, so they're trying to get the title onto the sales chart.
Its happens in the book industry too. The Publisher will BUY the books themselves in order to get on the sales charts. Its highly frowned upon, and looked as a corruption/cheating.

These people are *ALSO* responsible for the ANONYMOUS unsourced claim that said that "30% of Xbox 360's have heat failure".

A) They are on the take. Literally from Sony or Nintendo.

Not "subjective", its according to the concensus opinion of the industry press. Goto metacrtiic and look-up any random MP game, if the score isnt dead equal, 95% of them will have better scores on Xbox 360.
Further, you _really_ need to use an Xbox 360 on LIVE to appreciate why multi-console gamers would prefer their MP titles on Xbox 360. LIVE is _that_ good.

You're right. This site is over-run. You only need to pay attention to what gets approved. Blogs (wordpress, blorge and such) that say the most ridiculous things against Xbox 360 (or unrelated anti-MS news) gets approved.

Working the media with previews and such is timed based on the release.
