That's because of the reflection you see on it.
Is there a game element to this or is it pure karaoke?
No matter our views on the console, we have to give credit to Nintendo for their success with the Wii. What they have achieved in their first year is something that everyone expected Sony to achieve with the PS3. No one had predicted this reversal of roles between Sony and Nintendo before their consoles were launched.
Same excuses all the time - if it's not the devs who suck, it's the reviewers who blow. Try this for a change - Sony screwed up.
Blame it on developers all you want, but as long as this problem persists, there continues to be little reason to buy multiplats on PS3.
Well if there is a worthwhile substitute for the 360, I'm sure people won't stand for this RROD problem. But obviously, there isn't a good enough substitute, so we stick to the best there is.
Considering where they were last gen and their respective fanbases, I think MS is doing very well so far (despite the disastrous RROD fiasco) while Sony is kind of choking.
Next year will be a big year for Sony if there are no delays or losses of exclusivity of their big titles. But even if we assume that MS rests on their laurels next year (which is unlikely), one has to wonder if it is a little too late for Sony to reverse market and industry perceptions and preferences - ti...
Of course it matters. When the console doesn't sell and the games on the console don't sell, game developers take notice and alter their strategies accordingly.
Sony boys would rather read a Sony fanboy's blog "review" than see the stats on VG Chartz because they can't deal with raw unadulterated facts.
I bought a PS3, went to the shops but they had no PS3 games so I resorted to download half-assed games like Tekken 5 and Warhawk instead but PSN was super-slow and kept crashing halfway through the downloads and I bought Spiderman 3 blu-ray movie and popped it in but it couldn't read the disc so I called up Sony customer service and could not get through until the 56th try but all they could say after I elaborated the problems to them was "sorry you should have just bought yourself a Xbo...
This constant flopping of PS3 games is downright embarrassing.
You can feel the Sonyboys here seething with anger, jealousy and contempt, foaming in their mouths. Don't blame them, Ratchet Heavenly Uncharted Lair Sword - flop after flop, while 360 gets AAA after AAA - its bound to drive them nuts
Look! An open invitation to drop Shaka's bubbles! Don't you just love it when a dummy offers himself up for abuse?
Mesh, I'd have had a bit more respect for you if you had said that you bought the PS3 because it was a cheap blu-ray player with some games, but to say that you bought it for a single game - now that's just downright pitiful.
I can't say you have contributed much with that comment since it is simply a statement of an obvious and undeniable fact.
Agreed that 10 hours on a RPG is horrible. That'll be worse than that 2 hours you get from action games Unchartered and R&C, but still better than those 25min you squeeze out of Heavenly Sword.
Which upcoming Sony rpg is it again that's 10 hours?
This game is a true AAA of its genre, unlike some supposedly high production value games that flop in gameplay and content. Seems like 360 is dominating the western style rpgs with this game and Fable 2 coming out next year.
It appears that some reviewers think that this game is as bad or only as good as Uncharted.
360 hanging in there you say? That's real funny 'cos I'd have sworn that's the PS3 gasping for air.
Let's take it from the starting point that going into this gen, Sony was far away the leader of the pack. Given this starting point, you'd expect PS3 to be selling like Wii and overtake 360 in less than year. The fact that that didn't happen tells you PS3 has fumbled and fallen. Worse, PS3 is selling worse than 360 in its first year. Basically, no matter how you spin it, 360...
It is obvious that gamesR4fun hasn't played either Mass Effect or Assassin's Creed on 360.
