I think these dev kits are for the team that did The Last of Us. Not the existing team working on the already mentioned PS4 game.

This is Sony's premier racer at launch, running at 30 FPS, targeting 60. Why is that? Real time lighting, and a heavy emphasis on realistic lighting and textures. Everything looks more down to earth and lifelike. Look at the reflections and how the individual leaves show up in the shadows. Lighting can change dynamically.
Forza:
Well this isn't new in the sense that it was confirmed at gamescom, but it is new for Playstation. Also would you rather have it that PS4 didn't have it just because the Xbox had it first? When the Xbox One and PS4 come out they will both have this feature. Don't be so salty.
@Collat they have confirmed this since E3, and @yosp on twitter has mentioned this is a feature a bunch of times. It's about as official as it gets. Just google it.
They should have made a vita version from the start, such a good game to have on it. They should at least make a spin off for the vita later down the road.

I believe this is you get a choice between Forza and Fifa, you don't get both. Hence you only see Forza in that picture.
Then I would wait till they supported English like everyone else would. Also Sony wouldn't like to support one of the largest languages in the world, and most of their fanbase, with studios in the U.S and UK two English speaking countries.
Who said that? This game is running at 60 FPS and like very game it drops when there is too much to handle. This happens in games like COD all the time.
