That's....a really good idea, I'd love to see this happen.

He's not trolling buddy, he's regurgitating a theory from one of the alt source articles in the submission header, please note - below is not my personal opinion.

204 Megabytes!

It's insane that a game that looks as good as this has such a small download size.

Great news for an amazing game that deserves to reach as many gamers as possible.

The best traversal system in any shooter - ever, fantastic multiplayer and a quality single player experience to boot.
The game's sales were cannibalised at launch by EA's ridiculous decision to release the game at the same time as Battlefield and Treyarch's COD, the team at Respawn deserved better.

I'm glad the game has been given a second chance th...

***"You are stuck up on the fine print"***

It's not "fine print", your whole argument hinges on the assumption that people didn't have time to play the game before rating it a one or zero and that most of the low user ratings were received "the second the game was released".

The link and quote I provided demonstrably proves your statement to be incorrect and provides snap shots of Metacritic...

The only thing that's ironic is that one look through both our comment histories paints a very definitive picture about which one of us presents a fair, balanced viewpoint and which one of us seems to exist solely to stir up trouble on the comments boards and incite argument between users on both sides of the console fence.

***"The game got most of those reviews the second the game was released"***

That's simply not true.

From the Reddit link that broke the story

"On launch day, the game's user score was 6.2. Steadily, the score had been decreasing in the last couple weeks as more negative ratings were submitted daily.

What I saw is that each day about 200 positive ratings and 250 negativ...

Played this on the Rift S and on an Oculus Quest, I've got to say VR has come a long way since the days of Dactyle / Polygon Nightmare in the early '90's.

The sense of atmosphere is really solid, this along with Beat Sabre and Pistol Whip are my new favourite VR games.

It has nothing to do with Sony. Metacritic has removed the offending ratings from the site.

Please stop trying to turn everything into an argument over which platform is better.

There's a bigger discussion to be had here, such as the negative effects of review bombing and whether content filtering of any ki...

***"Provably wrong reviews should be removed"***

I agree with you, but it needs to work both ways.

The problem I see with only removing negative user ratings is that the overall user rating becomes higher than it may do if both negative and positive review bombing was removed.

Usually, for every idiot that review bombs the game scoring it a zero, you're gonna have another idiot who countervotes w...

At the moment, the Switch seems to be making everything else irrelevant in Japan.

I don't understand how you arrived at your conclusion, because the opposite is true. Xbox are releasing almost as many first party titles in 2020 as they did in the three years between 2017 - 2019. The last year(s) of Xbox 360 was bereft of games.

Haha, You literally read my mind!

I think the PS3 startup sound is a pretty close second, the orchestral piece as it boots up is simply beautiful. For me the original PlayStation sound just edges it out, but I agree it's most likely due to my tinted nostalgia glasses and the fact that the original sound is the one I associate with my first PlayStation :)

The audio issues are not limited to the PC version of the game.

I've been playing on Xbox One X and Reach suffers from muffled sound when firing guns and volume issues with character voices, which seem to range from impossible to hear one minute then incredibly loud the next.

I hope they fix it, because the game looks and plays fantastically at 4K 60 FPS.

You're right, I don't know how it works - video game marketing is not my area of expertise! :)

Seems like a very reactive Vs proactive way to do business, especially considering the evidence that this is not the first time Kevin Bao has used other creators work and sold it as his own.
