Access to the hypervisor, I wonder what 'the community' will do with it. George Hotz bought a $800 PS3 for 600$ from Sony, not for games but for his right to alter the machine so he could...copy games to his harddrive. He rightfully published his knowledge, the community came up with the jailbreak, games could be rented or borrowed, copied and played without the original game. That's all they are after, free videogames, and ways to cheat in them. Nobody is trying to use the Cell p...
ANZAC, that means liberators, people from the other side of the world who helped to fight the nazi's, together with Canadians, Americans and other countries. I'm from Holland and I'm glad I know these things, perhaps it's better for you to google first before you reply, the city was just recovering from last year's quake, that's no fucking joke man.
Think of all the bandwith wasted on these reviews, there could have been bullets flying through them wires man, but no, the internet has to process all this BS plus our silly comments. Less typing, more shooting, starting right n
Let's see, who should I support? Hmmm, difficult one, there's ofcourse George Hotz & friends trying to bring us the glorious fruits of homebrew, piracy and cheating, but there's also Sony trying to bring us lots of great videogames and a free, secure online network to play online...tough one, George seems like a real friendly person, while Sony is only after my money. Damn man, I just realised I've been handing over my cash without questions for almost 4 years! It's ab...
The bastards! One year ago we were all able to install Linux on our PS3's, I remember Linux fans expressing their joy over the machine, oh boy the things they were able to do with it were mindboggling. PS3 and Linux were a match made in heaven, the ultimate combo capable of even the most desired applications of all, including a NES emulator.
Unfortunately things went wrong when people, who clearly stated they do not support stealing videogames, tried to help the millions of PS3 us...
Porno. Kinect could do with some cool interactive porn apps. Forget about what Cali's nerds can do with that thing, get them hoes in front of it & shoot. Porn I'm telling you, hardcore;)
Just buy what you need & can afford and stop whining you sad little boy, now go play outside, watch the cars...I said WA <SPLUT>
Kon's gone folks, hit by a standard car. We'll remember him as a true fan of videogames.
Hehe, we're talking about Zumba Fitness and Dance Central here, with Child of Eden, Fantastic Pets and Michael Jackson: The Experience coming up:) Shake it baby!
Sorry Gabe, you allowed EA to profit on releasing a buggy port of your own brainchild, and you looked away in all those years when gamers asked you for a solution, so some of us just can't have respect for you anymore, no matter how good you are. I know it sounds dramatic, but if you were half the guy you say you are you would get together with EA and Sony and just release the necessary damn update. It's never too late. It's done when it's done, wasn't that your punchline?...
Why is that people like this FailOverHero or Zir0 keep popping up in articles like these, with their comments clearly expressing some kind of joy over the situation with the PS3 being hacked and all. Here we have a free online network relatively free of cheaters, a company with a huge amount of gamestudios pumping out great games & more games, all that is potentially at risk now but our beloved gamingfriends overhere won't let go of any chance to rub it in. You're annoying (probab...
I'm sure it has to do with range, come real close and it's a brutal melee, and I think you'll have to walk, not run. But it's damn cool when a teammember rescues you from a brutal melee, I remember going YOU GODDAMN BASwell thank you right there brother:) Never scored an assist though, that's new for me.
I'm sorry, I can't judge my fun in games by doing the maths, and I won't let Meta, VG charts or the fucking NPD to decide what's what for me. I'm pretty sure I had good fun with both machines last year, so most solo owners must have to. Most I played was MAG, 600 hours, I think it received an average of 7 and a lot of whining, wasn't CoD you know...the hell with these articles, screw the numbers.
A new GTA can wait, I want to hear news on Agent. It's not that GTA4 was a bad game, it's just that I'm done with it. I've shot & run down so many cops, gangsters and innocent bystanders in Vice City and all over San Andreas that I have become somewhat immune to GTA's violence, even the fun of the ragdoll physics in 4 didn't last long for me. I think that probably goes for a lot of people, doesn't mean the formula is bad though, it's just us and our hopes a...
Depends on the reviews and how they review simmilar games. I can't take some of them serious anymore when KZ2 got marked down for not being CoD and KZ3 gets marked down for being too much like CoD. Or when for some sequels the length of the campaign doesn't matter because it's all about the multiplayer - one that often doesn't bring anything new and more than often doesn't even work - yet for other sequals it does matter AND is measured by a speedrun. Reading those reviews...
I don't know, the last week my free time got split up between playing games and watching the events on Tahrir Square through Al Jazeera's live stream. The things I've seen, knowing the Egyptians are fighting to get rid of a dictator backed by our governments (I'm from Europe), I don't think this is something we should joke on, it's too serious right now.
Nice and all, but as big fan of the series since 2097, I say here this game needs to be played on the biggest screen you can get your hands on, 3D would be nice but not really necessary. And please learn to handle cockpitview, it makes everything so much cooler. I can't stand those followcam youtubevids that don't show the pure essence and speed of WipEout's AG racing. Sorry, had 2b said.
As mentioned above, perhaps the best graphics currently available on PS3, it's ni...
Destruction, explosions and as many particles possible...that's all I ever read. It's an arcade off-road racer, not a destructionderby. I remember Monument Valley being quite solid and low on particles in March 2007 yet it had some of the best multi-routes tracks of the series. Roaming the Grizzly, Dust Devil or the Gulch in a rallycar, online with the other gods and legends, those were the days:)
Now it looks like too much over the top action to me, too much focussed on the s...
Ah, exploring ancient architecture accompanied by a AI creature, can't get enough of that.
Tar mac? Destruction?
Tears coming up, untill I read "According to Codemasters, a career that will put more emphasis on actual rallies (about 60% of the events)..."
Allright, guess I won't finish about 40% of the events:) I want pure rallying in a rally-game, for destruction there's always MotorStorm.
With all their attempts to bring us a full working version of Linux, and they are really close I've been told, the results are kind of disappointing. I'm not interested in Linux myself, but I wonder why they included the possibility of piracy & cheating in their work, and published it for others to exploit. Because of that I'm not suprised by Sony's crackdown, the result is a situation nobody wants. PS3's with OtherOS are not for sale anymore, and you can't just in...
