Cool, WipEout is PlayStation, been playing since 2097. A few tracks from that game as DLC would be nice, but a full new game is better ofcourse, Trinity sounds allright. Can't wait to play Eliminator online again.
*bleep*
PlayStation Network is currently undergoing maintenance.
Bless the day this won't happen anymore, the signing-in will magically continue for a few seconds and then Hurray! we're off shooting and racing and kicking & punching eachother again, just like in the good ol' days about 2 weeks ago. Soon me bredren, soon will be the day.
Untill then, the checking continues. After a few slow days it's back to what, 5 times a day now?...
Sell the ugly ones, roll away the fat ones, throw the old ones of a cliff and get rid of the ones not giving it up, see what you got left & keep-em.
Well guess what, I'm enjoying both series. GT5 for the Nordschleiffe, Shift1 for Spa-Franchorchamps. And when I'm racing one game I'm not thinking of the other. GT5 handles and feels far better imo, but I can't deny Shift is sometimes just a little bit more fun, also bacause it's more arcady ofcourse, and the cool cockpit view. Still need to get Shift 2 later this year, first DiRT3.
Can't wait to spawn man, and I don't know what I'm going to do with the first enemy I run into. Hug him & have a chat, like it's good to see you buddy it's been a while, or shoot him in the face?
PlayStation brand faces best line-up of games.
Yeah, like MS pulled the 360 off the shelves first day the RROD reports came in. They already knew before sale even started, and kept on selling faulty machines for years. Both are shitty situations, but not the same.
True guttermedia would be warning for waves of spreekillers now that we can't quench our bloodthirst online, but this is pretty sad to.
The PS3, the Cell, Other OS, Linux...Georgyboy & friends had everything they ever wanted for more then 3 years, hell they could even buy the damn machine under the price of manufacturing, and what did they bring us? Nothing. Then a back-up installer that didn't require the original game when playing, and now this.
FU George, you're not a gamer, so stay away from consoles. Want to fiddle with hardware? Buy a toaster, get HBO on it. Do something usefull for a change...
Jeebus how did they cover the xBox Hardware Scandal, advise everyone to install 10ft fans and torch Redmond? Still an interesting read though and I agree, The Great PSN Outage of 2011 is no little thing, but let's first see what actually was stolen and what was actually done with that. He could also advise to just check your cc/mail/etc accounts to see what's wrong, and to call your cc company to find out you don't need to explain the story. Less scary. I myself am going to cross-...
Geohot is still in diapers.
Huggies!
Allright, so you are not an anon, perhaps I jumped to that conclusion a little to fast. That was because your emphasis on Sony stripping the machine, which they didn't. They have the right to stop producing BC machines. Besides, the major complaint was the price, making PS3's without BC lowered the price, and like Linux, not many gamers cared for BC, we all had our PS2's and if you didn't have a PS2 you obviously didn't care for the games so it's a little weird to comp...
They assume the avarage damage per PSN account is 318 bucks, times 77 million accounts equals over 24 billion in possible damages. 318 because that was the avarage damage/account ratio for databreaches in 2010, according to them. So yes, we're doomed, that's for sure;)
No Xeoset, all PS3's with BC still have BC, and if your PS3 doesn't have Other OS it's because you bought a Slim or removed it from your Fat all by yourself, Sony didn't remove anything.
I myself didn't care for Linux/homebrew and chose to update and keep my PS3 for gaming, but I fully understand there's people not happy to be forced to choose. So don't make a choice. Bring it back to the store, usually not possible so: bring it back to Sony, they're th...
Anonymous is nobody and can be everybody, hence the name. So somebody saying on behalf of Anonymous that 'they' will not target PSN (again) or that 'they' have nothing to do with it is of little value to me, especially when somebody else on behalf of Anonymous has stated (about a week ago, after the attack on the websites) that 'they' were expecting the biggest attack ever on Sony very soon. Soon is now, the target of the attack is our personal info in order to steal a...
I use pre-paids but if you got your cc info stored, daayum. Get those bastards, track-em down. Release the hounds!
Reborn my ass, Eastern is all about death & respawning AND I COULDN'T DO THAT!
So it was written. After The Great PSN Outage of 2011! it's now time for The Return of PSN! probably followed by Anonymous Strikes Back after which the saga will conclude with PSN: A New Hope...
PSN enabled? Sold!
"yes, Linux on the PS3 that you own!"
That says it all. They really don't care about the 99% that bought the console for gaming and who are now without PSN because of their 'efforts', and you can bet your ass it's not being done for the 1% with a healthy taste for programming either, like we saw before with that idiot Hotz...consoles are hacked for piracy, for not paying to play games. I'll bet the next news from them will be regarding the back-u...
