Aside from what I wrote that is the one reason why I don't follow Anita Sarkeesian in her crusade. I got the idea for this piece from a guy online who said over chat that he is tired of all these cunts complaining about wanting to be treated fair. I agree that women have it rough in the gaming world and they get a lot of crap over this whole thing, but men have a lot of stereotypes going against them as well. That is why I feel we should try to go for equality for all.
I can't remember when or where it was, but I do remember reading a story about a boy who had religious parents that didn't allow him to play any games at all. Well, one day he hurt himself and because was bed ridden they allowed him to play sport games. He got a hold of Halo 2 somehow and was hooked on it. The parents didn't like it, took it away, and he shot them.

Well, you can control or at least guide certain parts. My 5 year old plays Call of Duty and I don't care about that. He tells me, "Dad, I'm shooting the bad guys." I don't care about something like that. However, that game with the boss had no real goal except to harm the person, that was it. I just didn't want him to play something like that when there was no real reason for the violence. It was violent to be violent and that was it.
I agree. I feel women are objectified more in society, but to say that men aren't is just dumb.

Good question and I'm not sure, but they are probably working on that as we speak or they might have it already set up. Who knows ; )

I agree that there are things sexist on both sides and women having more of the issues over men, but for some reason I can't stand Anita. I have to also agree with Thorstein that we actually have developers changing this now for the better while Anita seems to collect money talking over things we already have known for years.
