sales in the first week doens't mean much at all.. That's purely based on Hype, Marketing and IGN fanboyism.... Let's see how it holds up in the mist of garbage connections, roof and corner campers, teenie tiny map design, and way to short TTK. More and more CoD YTers are unhappy with the state of the game. Plus, EUROGAMER's review is more spot on and not as "overly anxious in fanboyism" as some of the others that were quick to jump the gum
Nah.. It's more than the connections.. It's the teeny tiny maps, it's the no recoil guns, It's the PLETHORA of roof and corner campers, it's the constantly getting shot in the back that's totally fu#%ing the game up..
This is sooo true! People are slowly to realize how crappy AW Is between the crappy connections, no recoil guns, tiny a&$ maps, super low time to kill..
This is SOOOO true.. Sadly, CoD fanboys are too blinded by the fact that they have something "different", but actually isn't "new" in the form of DBL jumps... This is basically BO 2 with DBL jumps, but at least BO2 didn't have AW crappy connections and large number of roof campers..
doesn't matter.. hit detection still sucks.
They need a fix for the HORRIBLE hit detection and netcode on the consoles.. ASAP!
and no matter if they do a WWII game (which i pray to GoD they don't), it won't be any different from any other CoD.. tiny little maps, guns with no recoil, endless number of campers, constantly getting shot in the back, weird netcode from NO dedicated servers... been there done that..

yeah, it may not be down for the count, but it sure has peaked and starting to potentially get stale... They Can't do "future" next year, because done this year.. Can't do WWII, because that been done to death and is played out, and can't do "modern", because been there, done that..

NOONE but NOONE will want another WWII CoD game.. dang, they already did that... MULTIPLE times.. been there, done that.. it might be time for folks to start admitting that CoD has peaked and there's really nothing else for it to do other that a CoD/Minecraft hybrid (which would suck also)
dude... its BLOPS 2 with Titanfall's DBL jumps and boost strafes... The maps are still too small, the guns still have no recoil, to many headglitching spots, no teamwork even REMOTELY necessary... so no it aint that good.. its any BLOPS 2 with DBL jumps.. but because that CoD fanboy site IGN said it was, then it must be on the level of the second coming of Christ
HELLLLL YESSS their success is based on brilliant marketing (and having IGN as your lap dog doesn't hurt either)... Literally, AW is BLOPS 2 with DBL jumps (look up Titanfall) and boost strafes, but you'd SWEAR it was something new and fresh ... Its absolutely amazing how they get away with this.. And please dont say, "IGN gave Destiny and mediocre score", because while they did, they CONSTANTLY cover it like was GOTY worthy.. What other game have they rated as "mediocr...
