I'm not going to argue whether this is a good or bad decision until I see it play out, but this is exactly what I predicted a few years ago already.
Xbox will follow the "iOS" model, where games will work on the newest few consoles, with eventually the base Xbox One begin phased out when it can't keep up, then the One X, etc, etc....

I don’t believe I said or even implied that Xbox was winning or even with PS.
But this site is full of fanatics on both sides that hate the other side regardless of what they do.
That is not typical amongst gamers everywhere.
It's not an unpopular opinion. It might be unpopular here on this website, but otherwise, not so much.
PS4 may have outsold Xbox One, but the majority of gamers either have both or at the very least don't hate everything about the one they don't have.

I use my Elite with only 1 paddle and I love it.
That's how all of the controllers that have paddle buttons work. They are not new buttons, just a way to put the same regular buttons in a different place for convenience.
I love how all the Microsoft haters are always worried about the same two things with every new Xbox.

Please no screen on the controller, the DS4 already lasts like a whopping 6 hours on a charge, let's not cut that down to 2 by putting a useless screen on it.

Mass Effect Andromeda was a decent game.
Fallout 76 wasn't my cup of tea, but still is far more appealing to me than a game that is mostly about walking without falling over.
I hope those of you excited for it really enjoy it, but my god, it looks to me like the biggest AAA mess of a game I've seen in a long damn time.
