This has been said hundreds of times but some people apparently still don't get it.
Lot's of people don't WANT to game on a PC.
They'd rather buy a 4-500 dollar box, plug it into their TV, and flop down in their recliner to play.
7.5 Billion, apparently.
Almost double what Disney paid for Star Wars.
Minecraft was already an established game on other platforms.
I don't think it's safe to apply those same rules to something like an Elder Scrolls 6 that will come out in a couple years.
I don't see any way they put them on PS5, but we'll see.
Yeah it’s nowhere near the size of my surround receiver and it fits just fine.
Not sure why everyone is so worried about it.
That’s inaccurate and I wish people would quit repeating this.
They were making an mmo, but it was a separate game from this set in the same world.
This game was always intended to be a solo rpg. 38 studios bought the studio that was already creating this game and turned it into a game set in the world of Amalur.

"why would existing Destiny or The Division players switch to the new game"
Maybe because Destiny has gone to shit and they are deleting 2/3 of the content in the game.
What are you talking about?
I think you’re in the wrong article.
Surprised at these comments.
I was under the impression that everyone thought WW was the worst of the three.
Everyone is different and maybe I'm just weird but it's crazy of me to think that people are going to either buy or not buy a console on launch day because of one or two games that are or aren't available on that particular day.
I bought a PS4 on launch day and there wasn't a single game for it at launch that I really cared about.
I'm buying a Series X at launch because it's going to be better than my One X is now. I play games...
So I can just take them off completely and have it look like a normal console, then?
There is honestly no point to the One X once the Series X comes out.
It's not like previous console generations, everything will still be playable on the new one, so there is no need to keep selling this one.
Also I'm sure places like Gamestop and Ebay will be absolutely flooded with used Xbox Ones in a couple months, too.
It starts out nicely balanced, but quickly becomes way too easy for a couple different reasons. Hopefully they address these.
Part of the problem was that each zone was level locked within a certain range, and if you were doing everything along the way, you would massively outlevel some of the areas.
Also, if you invest in the ability to craft your own gear you could put enough health regen on your armor that you could heal as fast as you took damage.

@Lon3wolf
I play a LOT, and I definitely can't get a full year out of a controller before something on it fails.
I switched from the Elite to the Elite Series 2 and I don't like the updated shape.
It's not a big change from the original Elite but something about it makes my hand hurt after a while.
I don’t understand the symmetry argument at all.
You also have face buttons and a Dpad.
Your thumbs don’t spend 100% of the time on the thumb sticks.
If they did you might have a point. But they don’t.
So when you play a game using the DS4 and have to press a face button or the dpad then the controller instantly becomes uncomfortable I guess?
I don’t care which style of controller you prefer but I hate when people use this as their argument. It makes no sense.
Do you ever play a game that uses the buttons more than the right stick?
Is it hard because your thumbs are the same but have to be in different positions?
VR games are fun once you are playing them because of the novelty of how cool it is to be in VR. Not because they are good games.
There is no VR game that isn't better as a non-VR game.
VR is a gimmick.
The difference is that in melee combat you are constantly going to be moving and picking your time to strike.
"A Bullet Sponge" in a shooting game generally has you just pointing at them and holding down the trigger.
One of those two things is fun to do.
Throw away the key.
It could start happening almost immediately in terms of Game Pass subscriptions, once they add all of the past Bethsoft games to Game Pass.
