At the end of the day, I think gamers should really let their money do the talking. Way too many complain but most of those who complain don't follow through.
I do not like Activision's practice, so I resisted many of their titles (SCII was the exception). I can't say the same for my fellow gamers who end up buying games they said they wouldn't.
If these Forza fans are really unhappy, not only should they complain but make sure it bombs in sal...
I'm asking to tell me what these possibilities are. Because so far everything I imagine or could possibly think of, I can see the major flaw behind it.
Also, it's not like the idea of controller free has never been explored. It has and guess what, it's discovered that if you combine camera while using buttons, the possibilities are much better and greater aka the Move.
It's really tiring to hear some people say it has amazing possibilities but...
Tell me these possibilities because most people including me can't find them.
The only possibilities I can see are rail shooters and other shovelware type games. Minority report type control for games will be frustrating for the most part for 2 reason, the interface is not right there in front of you making it hard to accurately and timely input your commands. If they add a on screen capture of you, it's very distracting and takes away from the game.

It will be inferior on the 360 since it has to do 3D at sub-HD with lower audio quality and framerate (max is 60 total, 30 on each eye). The PS3 is more capable of handling 3D as it uses 1.3.
Someone posted an article in a comment yesterday explaining the differences. If you care for 3D, get the PS3 or PC version.
This is US we are talking about. Besides, not everyone cares for preorders.
I personally can't wait until I get my hand on my collector edition. The book and the model is well worth the extra $40 if not more.
I don't like it. Twice, Gamestop had the MGS limited edition. MGS4 and PeaceWalker. I remember MGS4 was suppose to come with more but by release date, it was nothing more than a fancy box and bonus bluray.
Now, they need to have competitive price on games like Steam. Then we talk.
No, and I'll state this for one reason. Exclusive titles.
Exclusives define a system in the gaming industry. When they refer to iPad, I assume they meant tablets as a whole, so 5 years from now, I see a huge fragment market. We have the RIM Tablet out next year, we have android tablets floating around and probably Window 7 tablet soon. Then from each OS, you break that down further with models of all sorts of different specs. So, it will become something like the PC marke...
Sony wasn't blocking the original owners from getting Dualshocks. Your example would have only stood had Sony require you to buy a brand new PS3 to get the dualshock 3. Besides, original buyers have BC which newer owners do not. I say that's a reward. You don't have an analogy nor a good example.
I can't think of a single first party Sony game where they alienate old buyers from new content.
The point of GOTY edition is to entice people who ar...
Kotada will single handily destroy the gaming industry or at least great cripple it and put the gaming industry on its knee.
So when I see 19-26 year old women playing with a DS, they clearly are trying to recapture that nostalgic feeling when playing games like Cooking Mama and other puzzle like/brain games?
I understand he's talking about the future of gaming but honestly, most of us don't see it as such because from our experience and interaction with other young people, it's quite clearly the DS is played amongst young adult.
I don't doubt that Mobile gaming wil...
What town does he live in? I know so many people over the age of 8 playing with their DS. I play with the DS and I'm 21.
My avatar should make it quite clearly I still play on the DS and probably will buy a 3DS for Professor Layton and MGS.
I wish I had the G27 but the Driving Force GT is good enough for me. I remember using the dualshock, it's much too sensitive and requires more braking.
It would be nice if PD give an option to separate those with a steering wheel or no steering wheel but honestly, the steering wheel is what separates the more dedicated players from the not so dedicated. If you want a good experience, get the wheel.
I don't think it matter who they sell it to, hardcore or casual. Many of us who are hardcore have family members and friends who are casual. If we like it, we will most likely let a younger sibling or friend play with the Move. Also, this increases the word of the mouth. I've let my friends tried it, they loved it and might tell another friend or two about. Recommendation spreads. Word of mouth is one of the most effective form of advertising.
One day, some of those c...
The game was okay but not $15 quality. Story seem entertaining but not the voice or it tries too hard to be anime-ish (not that I hate anime but I felt that wasn't necessary and turn me away from the game).
I mean who says grats instead of congratulation. I can understand over IM or text, even then I can't stand it. Maybe it's more of a pet peeve.
More like Class S. Wada is Class A.
I've got some of my friends (casual gamers, really fond of those facebook games with the exception of SC2) to try the Move. They loved it, but I doubt they will run out to buy a PS3 and Move.
Some of my other friends don't know the Move by name but if you mention Wiimote or the ball thingy for the PS3, they understand.
Socom 4, MAG, Time Crisis (only Razing Storm if I remember correctly), RUSE, I'm pretty sure RE5 but have not tried it yet.
Thrusts are weak. I usually attack the side and the legs then the head.
Nothing hardcore or isn't going to be on the Move is shown, not saying casual is bad but nothing new to the table.
Off topic, is it just me or does that guy look like Newman?
