Now it's time for a more serious game about throwing grenades.
P.S. One may ask: "And what about a half second lag, that is deadly crucial for FPS games?". But I'm not asking that.

TS1 and TS2 were made by Traveller's Tales. They are not making TS3. The creators of Tak games are making TS this time.

R2 suffered from boring occasional alien-ship-stages that were generic and ruined the expirience from other stages. Apart of those alien-ship-stages R2 was great. Put away those stages and you get huge levels with huge bosses and massive combats.
But I wish Insomniac return weapon wheel in R3.

>>nearly every good game that the consoles get.
26 of my 34 games for PS3 never came out on PC (I'm not counting PSN arcades ofcourse). That's 2/3. Not to mention Wii.

So for me PC and consoles are for different things and for different games, like Saps mentioned above. Tech demos are great and all, but you don't actually need that kind of graphics to make a great PC game, like Machinarium for example. (Although the Metro 2033 had some cool visual...

Agree. PCs are for awesome tech-demos.

Lame excuse...
LBP on PS3 and LBP on PSP has different gameplay mechanics and features. This also goes for Motorstorm that is completely different on PSP.
But Mass Effect 2 on PC and X360 are one and the same game. I don't need an X360 to play exactly the same ME2 on my PC as on X360.

Agree. R3 for the end of this year, and KZ3 for the begining of the next year. Just like with R2 and KZ2.

Listened to Nier soundtrack for several times. It's amazing. Won't be playing the game anytime soon. But the soundtrack makes me want to purchase the game.

The same goes for Aion and Ragnarok 2 soundtracks. They are awesome, although I don't play MMOs.

So the music is really important in games.

Maybe he was referring to games like Muscle Man

or Minion the Everyday Hero

or Gitaroo Man

or the classic Katamari games.

Ermm... The story is great and all. But just one question. If she cannot afford to buy a DS, how will she buy games?

5875d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

$60 is not the end of the story, if you consider the DLCs. They should sell the game for $80 or $90 with all DLCs included.

It's a Wii paradox: you have nothing to play, like, for about a year, and then - BAM! - you get a main GOTY contendant.

Although, I like my Wii.

LBP2 will be bashed for what SMG2 is praised now - "it's a sequel!! and even more - it's a sequel of a PS3 game, so we are not impressed, like, at all!!!"

They sell costumes for sack boys.
But ofcourse I would prefer more map packs such as MGS. I think it would be great if Naughty Dog or Insomniac make map packs for LBP, since they are good at making platform games.

Spyro (and Crash Bandicoot) was Universal Interactive's franchise from the begining.

Well... 640p is still better than 540p, if you know what I mean.

PSP has LocoRoco, Daxter, Secret Agent Clank, Jak & Daxter and all of those PS1 games you've mentioned.

>>PlayStation 1 & 2 used to have these games. Crash Bandicoot, Digimon, Monster Hunter, Klonoa
Non of this games belong to Sony. Even Crash Bandicoot and Spyro belong to ViviendiUniversal.

Mario and Pokemon are old franchises with an army of loyal fans. Those are recognizable franchises. Especially Mario. It's impossible to make something like that today.

But do you know sales figures for De Blob, Nights, Wario Land Shake Dimension,...
