I dont see any developer confirming 6gb in your link. All i see is " Kagari (has connections to Square Enix)" agree with the 6gb claim. How this make it an oficial confirmation from a developer?
So lets do a recap on this
1) Digital Foundry / Eurogamer claims in an article that 4.5 GB is available for development at launch, with 512 MB / 1 GB as flexible memory
2) Various, unbanned GAF insiders have said "That article is incorrect"
3) Thuway, Famousmortimer, BruceLeeRoy, and Verendus (all unbanned) have all heard "The memory situation on PS4 is ideal and has exceeded expectations in every way." That should mean th...
this just keep getting better and better.

@deadlydragon121
Why so angry?
Im not saying they arent spying us. I just saying if they want to spy they'll do it, even if you don't own a X1. So I guess you should be the one getting over yourself.
@blackmanone
You don't have to, you already have one on your phone and probably on your computer also.
I'll leave this right here for the those of you paranoiac ones

They are not changing anything. The specs still the same. They are just reserving RAM for OS and features.
Eurogamer was waiting for official Sony statement, that's why they delayed the news from yesterday. I guess Sony never answered.
So now we have to wait for official announcement
Uh-oh now what? This is probably the news the guy from Eurogamer was talking about yesterday. I guess the differences between consoles wont be as big after all.

I ve been saying that Sony was gonna reserve some RAM for features but never thought it was so much.
True and you may get it on PS4 5 years after it launch on X1 like Mass Effect.
and PC
Its not supplies issues. It has to do with the RAM. See link bellow

My guess is Sony reserving more ram for OS and future features.
Agree. I though the same thing. Sony is probably saving a bit more ram for OS and future features
@theWB27
It doesn't matter if it gets reported. We will know what all the fuzz is about tomorrow, good or bad. Who am I kidding they will probably report it also.
@14FEB
Again, where in there you see a developer confirming 6gb? There hasn't been any confirmation coming from Sony or any developer. Just people throwing random numbers. And assuming something you dont know doesn't make it real. Even Sony say they werent commenting on the allocation of memory. Who knows maybe they'll talk about it on Gamezcom.
