Yes and no. Its a downgrade on the main character to make upgrades on other parts of the game. So really it depends how you look at it.

So he is cherry picking because there are aspect of the new build that looks better and the you go on and say the new build look slightly blurry but you're not cherry picking... right.
BTW lower Polys on the game (which i may add it still have more polys than most games out there) doesn't ...

I haven't heard anything good from devs regarding XBO. Games are getting downgraded left and right. Im a Xbox supporter, but i got to say is really hard to get excited about their system with all this bad buzz around. Thank god Im getting a PS4 at launch also.
My only concern is the controller, but there are people in the industry saying the controller is better than the XBO one, so im not too worry

All next gen games are runnable on current gen systems, just with major downgrades. If they are downgrading it for XBone that is more powerful that any current gen system (fact), imagine how it would look on PS3.
this game keeps getting worst by the minute. Disappointment of the year award. Get it together MS...

see how great this characters look and they are just 40,000 k, Heavy Rain uses 15k on the characters and they look incredible.
