we have always had plenty of games, in fact I would say we are spoilt, if you are a 1st timer Xbox-360 buyer you have all the launch games which are still great e.g. call of duty 2 and fight night round 4, plus we already have 2 iterations of gears, fable 2 (which is great BTW), the only people who compalin about the lack of games are those that have played them all, otherwise there are plenty.

KZ2 looks better (currently) than anything out on the Xbox-360.
But Uncharted 2 and LP2 IMO look better than Killzone 2.
For the record I expect Alan Wake to look much like what we have already see, it appears to be a open world game which normally ala Morrowind Oblivian take a graphical hit, I do however expect great things of DeusX3.
but I would trust the word of Dave Shippy at IBM than a load of rabid *anboys, based on the new lost planet 2 footage I would say that they are about equal, both the PS3 and the Xbox-360 have a lot more to offer.

all in game engine, the bit on the boat reminded me a bit of the KZ2 opening level, you can look around but not walk or run until you leave the vehicle, I think thats all he meant.

Nothing generic about that either, this and uncharted impress me more than KZ2, but too be honest this is mainly because I prefer colourfull games, and just so you don't think I am bashing the PS3 I think LP2 blows Gears of War 2 out of the water also.
IMO these companies are making themselves look foolish, MS seem to get sued for everything, the funny thing is however is that the gloves are now off, if MS were not using there money before I can bet they sure as hell will now, you can only take so much and this is just a witch hunt, I like google and I like firefox but if this carries on I will refuse to use there products because I happen to think that Lawsuits should be up for a trial for a change, it seems the mentality these days is if ...
