We like biased reviews. you see, i love JRPg's, so i want a review from people who absolutely love JRPg's.

Graphics are important for a certain segment of gamers, yes. Usually good graphics serve to lure casual gamers in, as its the first thing they notice.
More experienced gamers dont really care.

Nothing is being sodomized, the game looks amazing. FFVII had terrible dialogs and writing, people love it. Pretending not to like a story or character interactions just because they are emotional is pretentious and unfundamented.
Again, dont like it? Dont buy it. Whereas Final Fantasy fans Cry, cry, they buy it and then they cry some more. Pathetic.
Its pretty obvious that FFXIII haters, or Square haters take their hobby very serious when every stuff they complain about gets fixed and improved and they still get annoyed.
You are out of excuses. If you dont like Anime, and you dont like that type of characters FF is obviously not the franchise for you, move along.
