If they release games that appeal to masses then yes. I mean just look at the Wii vs 360 and PS3.
To be honest though, up until just recently before pikmin 3 release and Wonderful 101 demo, I was worried. But now, with pikmin 3 being freaking beautiful and W101 being kick ass.. it's just looking awesome. Great releases every month from here on out!

Quick example.. Remember when Halo 3 came out on the 360 and then years later Halo 4? There was a big leap in visuals right? Same will happen with Wii U.
Videogames are friend makers...and friend destroyers (Mario Party). Playing pokemon with the trading cables back in the day was the shit when I was a kid! The only one that looks off is the Mega Mewtwo. It looks more intelligent, I guess, but it doesn't look as menacing or as powerful as the original. Sad that the swing and miss came with the Mega Mewtwo and not another pokemon. Mewtwo was my favorite pokemon as a kid. The end game, end all, legendary!
This is lame. There is no Anti Nintendo conspiracy, but if there is then I don't really care anyway. Nintendo will create masterful games for the Wii U and I will play them.

I like how Sony is doing the Vita PS4 connectivity. I have a feeling they might bundle the two with a sexy discount or Black Friday deal in about two years. I'm gonna wait it out until something like that happens.

Many others share your opinion. But I believe even more like the idea, especially the competitive crowd. This adds more tactics to the game. So if you are upset you don't have to get the game. I'm sure for every upset pokemon fan there are two new or ex pokemon fans excited about this addition.
Does anybody think if gamer tags were replaced with actual names and ages, people would act more maturely online? Or would that cause more problems?....probably more problems but I would be okay with it.

Hey, what came first pokemon or digimon? Digimon pretty much copy pasted the idea of fighting monsters from pokemon so why can't pokemon take an idea from digimon? I say now its even and now pokemon is that much better.
To be fair though Kangaskahn is and always has been known as the "parent pokemon." That's it's description. It's unique because its a pokemon that carries its child everywhere. In my opinion, having the baby jump out of the pouch and kick a little ass is far better than the parent growing bigger claws or longer bad ass looking horns because its the "parent pokemon"
