Sony fucked up. Lack of Marketing, overpriced memory cards, bad ports, lack of true AAA games these days, no MHF. Sure there are nice games out, but ultimately it's selling like turd. And honestly, I didn't buy a Vita to just play Indie games and mediocre ports.

The sales are absymal. The weekly JPN sales for the thing are mediocre. NPD sales are horrible for the damn thing. It's being shoved more as a PS4 accessory. It doesn't have as much good games as the PSP. Sales are much worse than the PSP if you compare the vita and PSP during the same time frames. Last Years E3 and this years E3 were full jokes. Type 0 is being released on the PS4 and FUCKING XBONE.

"Hopefully"? Abandon that hope and accept it. It wont "change" like it did for the PSP. The PSP may have had ports, but it also had games like GoW, Dissidia, Type 0, Crises Core, Monster Hunter.
Because of the crappy sales of the Vita, it wont even get remastered for the vita. There is no "If" at this point.

Ports and indies aren't going to get the vita out of it's sales slump. They treated the Vita terribly for the last few years. How could any sane individual continue to defend it's criticism?
When the majority of it will likely be indies and games no one cares about, it's not a stretch. Especially when the E3 for the Vita was ASS.

Nah, we pay around $1000 for mods, 1080P,4k, 60fps, customization, superior multiplatform games,BC for PS2/Wii/GC, etc, along with having a capable system whose multimedia capabilities far outshine those of the current gen consoles.
Known about this for a long time. I can already play DS games and games from other systems on my android device. PSP games can be played too, though they have a lot more technical issues compared to playing them on your PC for now.
