Even if it want Kinect Support, it's impossible because without a controller, there is no way to move the character around like a controller would.
For example, You can run while crouching in Gears of War with a controller, but to actually crouch and run in real life using Kinectic would be very hard and tiring. It's physically impossible to run while crouching.
Kinect does it automatically for you.
In fact, if you watched the press conference, Kinect even moves before you moves your hand.
