This game was really fun. I enjoyed sniping a guy trying to escape on his yacht.
I have OnLive. It's good for Homefront mp, Deus Ex, and the original Fallouts.
It has meaning. In the BF3 trailer there was confusion over a soldier receiving a toy dinosaur from his son. It was intended to create a connection between the soldier and his family back home, but fans thought dinosaurs may make an appearance in the game.
Dice turned down the idea of a dinosaur mode.
I think Battlefield 3, Killzone 2, and Modern Warfare 3 are my favorite FPS this gen.
Why do so may people care about how much GameStop profits from buying/selling used games? If you have a problem with it, SELL THE GAME YOURSELF and earn that profit.
It's laughable that you guys think their profit is bought price - sold price, like GameStop has zero operating/marketing costs.
Cognitive dissonance at work.
It's not as portable as a Vita. If you have to hang out for a while in one place and you have room for a controller would be the best situation.
They also have a touch controller scheme, and some games have touch screen controls implemented.
I think exactly the opposite. That's when Onlive will have the best chance to take off. Especially after this gen has had such a high console failure rate.
People may want to play a few next-gen 3rd party games without paying full price for a console. Also, being able to play your games on your phone, laptop, tablet, or console is a nice feature.
Yeah Vita will be the best, but there is even more competition. OnLive just released the free smartphone/tablet app. They also have a universal controller now.
After finding out the price of memory cards I'm getting the bundle also. After a few store discounts I think I can get the price down to around $310-$320. Haven't bought a portable since the launch of the ds.
I got one for free when they released cause I was a founding member who made 2 purchases at the time. I got the 2nd when I pre-ordered Homefront. Don't buy one at full price. They give them away with pre orders all the time! They just had one for the new Asassins creed.
Onlive is fun and cheap. You get a ton of free or 99% off games. I also got 2 free micro consoles.
@ bozebo
Dead Space 2 is not and never has been on the service.
Frostbite 2 added nothing major to BF3 on consoles, so I agree with fourgees.
These collections are really good. I just started playing the ICO collection and it's amazing! I have played all the MGS's except for the first MGS and Peace Walker.
I won't have a problem with that. I think those issues are mostly user error. I remember a game called The Fight getting negative reviews cause the reviewer couldn't figure out the controls. I saw the same thing with Gamespot's Zelda review. I like the art style.
This is the only Zelda I haven't been excited for. When I get my Wii back I will give it a try.
A win percentage of 77% or 87% is very impressive.
MK was not released in the fall.
I liked going into the fish. I thought that was a great idea. Then again having the water temple hidden at the bottom of a lake was also amazing.
I remember when GameInformer had did their story on the first next gen game. It was Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and I remember how incredible it looked at the time.
Do you guys even understand aaronon's point. The person is not helping get objectives at all. I don't care how far his headshot is. It's still one ticket, and he wastes so much time trying to pull off trick-shots.
