Sony would never spend 2 billion on developer! Why? Not because they don't have money, but because if you look at history, that's not how Sony operates. They start with smaller studios, build them and then acquire them. If you don't believe me, go check history of Playstation.
Although i would love idea of Sony getting them, it's definitelly not going o happen.

i think i was specific, i even wrote with BIG letters USA, so your comment fails. You don't need to tell me that USA is not the world, i am european afterall.
This is from Sninji Mikami, Resident Evil series creator, guy that changed industry in one or the other. First with Resident 1-3 and few years ago with Resident Evil 4, we all know how that game affected game design since then.
So comparing this to AvP, i mean come on.
I would not get my hopes high. We all know 3rd party developers these days have to release on all system to see profit, at the same time it can also back fires, like Bayonetta did only 100k last month in USA on 360, i don't want to even think how poorly it did on PS3. I honestly think that if that game was exclusive, it would have gotten a lot more buzz. Who knows maybe it is exclusive, it's from one of best creators in gaming, Sninji Mikami.

Erik Brudvig - nuff said. Very biased journalist that tends to overhype 360 games and undermines PS3 exclusive. Like no so long ago Infamous vs Prototype, go watch vid for yourself. Ignoring Uncharted 2 and recent Gow 3 dissect vid with him and Roper. He was just there seating next to Roper, no excitement, said one sentence and it was some lame attempt to be funny.
