I was never an Uncharted fan, but that game looks great. Might have to change my mind. MAG on the other hand looks like something I'd love. Very complex and very rewarding for mastering that complexity.

Well there's the new Metroid and Dead Space Extraction looks nice. I've never played a Golden Sun but I'm glad they're finally continuing the series. A lot of people like it. Everything else I'm pretty meh on.

I probably speak for myself when I say I absolutely 100% do not give a flying crap about social networking when I'm gaming. On any platform including PC.
In my book, exciting new tech trumps some game announcement. A new game is great, but a new way to play has oh so much more potential.
People who are saying this is just causal stuff have every right to imo. Wii pulled the same trick when the hype was strong. We all thought waggle would change the way we game forever. And it did, but not in ways we liked. Hopefully they can put this Natal tech to better use.
Same here. There have got to be better things to do than drive a vehicle over miles of bleak terrain to cookie cutter locales and QTEs. That's my only complaint besides those darn elevators but it's a major one that I think seriously hurt the exploration. Wasn't very meaningful at all.
What I'd like are more cities, civilizations, ruins, etc. Not just another uninhabitable planet with a Geth ambush.
If I'm pretty harsh in my criticisms it's because I enjoyed the game...
I'm sure some of it was cleaned up for the demo. Also, Peter has that way of stretching things sometimes so I wouldn't be surprised if it's not quite pat. However, that's far from faking the entire thing which I think is just insulting to the devs involved.
If it all turns out to be completely legit all these accusations will only serve as a testament to how much they've actually accomplished.

Can't blame the devs for trying. Ramayana is a pretty epic saga. Who else can lead a monkey army to fight a demon overlord? I mean doesn't that just sound awesome? I would play that. But hey it's their icon. People get touchy over stuff like that.

Hands down. I'm a big fan of that notion. It doesn't take uber graphics to tell a great story. If you can do both, great. But most games fall far, far short.
So I guess the dark visuals will match the "darker" tone of the story eh Bioware?

I don't know if we all were reading the same summary. Edge wasn't really that hot on MS's show overall. Sure a few big things but stuff like Facebook, Twitter, and LastFM met with questionable response at best. And I agree. Cool stuff, but I'm in it for the game, not the social networking. Even the exclusive game announcements were picked over. People are acting like this was an overwhelmingly positive review.
Quite the contrary.
IGN isn't giving up any proof. I can't go on their word when MS themselves are basically diverting attention from exclusivity. That doesn't sound like them at all when they have a lock. They usually brag to high heaven about it even if it's just a timed-exclusive. I don't think it's exclusive in any way shape or form or we'd have heard about.
Either that or they don't know, and I can't imagine they just don't know.
