Bust ass? Is that not the slang term for farting?
What i'm curious about is why the heck can the xbox stream at 1080p 10-bit hevc while the more powerful PS4 can't do higher than 720p. I realize the ps4 has an onboard encoder that only does 720p, but what about the xbox? Does it have some special hardware that allows it to do 1080p or is it just using less gpu power for the game in order to reach 1080p while streaming? I'm honestly curious and would love a technical explanation as to how the tech is accomplished on each console. ...
That's because xbox fans don't mind sub-1080p resolution. Sony fans are the ones insisting 1080p or bust. Weird with the streaming it's like both camps are opposite. All the sudden with Sony fans 720p is fine and with xbox fans they insist on 1080p. Weirdness indeed. It's almost as if fanboys will just defend their camps regardless of their past mindsets.
89/100 and no comments. The other review giving 2/5 is top topic. Hmmmmm
1 out of 3 bubbles for that comment. It's no wonder you have so few.
I really need to get a move on with finishing 2 and 3 now. I enjoyed the 1st one but I think all the hype surrounding this series killed it for me. I was expecting such a mind blowing game and it was so so. I've been enjoying the 2nd but am not very far into at all. I've heard great things though. I'm sure by the time I finish the 3rd, I'll be pining for UC4. Honestly haven't gotten too excited for a game since Half Life 2.
No offense, but if you ACTUALLY pay attention to the amount of reviews that are out now, you would notice that the VAST majority are good reviews. By your line of thinking The Last of Us must have been a bad game because there were a few bad reviews out of the mostly good ones. Think about it.
Just pull a page out of Overload's book and google: "The Last of US bad reviews" and I'm sure you too can come to the conclusion it must be a bad game based on the neg...

I actually don't think anybody really buys a console for just one game or even just for exclusives. Most people I know that like consoles, like them because of the ease of use and cheaper entry than a PC. None of this changes with the current announcements but some would have you believe it marks the end of the xbox. Wishful thinking I think from the "other" camp.
I agree with you about the only people who should be upset are current PC gamers who bought an X1 SPECIFICALLY for this game. Sad thing is, most of the people complaining it seems don't have either an X1 or a gaming PC. Weird.
I wasn't aware that they took anything away from xbox. What games are no longer releasing on xbox?
"Now can you be an asshole and also game? of course.. that's like 80% of N4G"
lol
Hopefully it will push publishers/devs to make sure their games are more complete and polished before releasing. This goes for all games whether they are playstation, xbox, wii, or PC.
So people aren't allowed to dislike a game? Even if a game is flawless, people can still not like it believe it or not. What I lol at is people who get butt hurt when others don't follow their train of thought. I own a PS4 and am playing through the uncharted collection now. I really didn't find the first uncharted all that great, although it was still a good game. Should I be crucified for not finding it as outstanding as other fans do?
Most of these unfinished complaints could be remedied by waiting to buy the game until the content matches the price. I wish all gamers would stop pre-ordering and hold off until a finished product arrives. The more we buy these broken games at launch, the less the publishers care about how complete a product is before they release. When was the last time a game released that didn't require patching?
@2pacalypsenow
Most people? Don't let the fanboys distract man. There is definitely some that say it, but far from most.
So just to get a full understanding here. If I went out today to buy MCC and it works just fine, should I still care that it was broken at launch?
I wouldn't say I'm surprised. It's more that I'm disappointed at how obvious things have become around this place.
