'cheap' and 'MS' are synonymous.
FC2 is an acquired taste, it's harder than FC3 and less user friendly. You have to drive a fair bit as the fast travel options are very slim, but if you can put up with that , I think it's better than FC3.
Both are good games, I would suggest you watch a few vids of FC2 but it's so cheap now that it's worth a purchase regardless.
