I dont really play demos anymore i just rent games and buy the ones i know i want like gears 3. The last demo i played was bulletstorm which was HORRIBLE but the game turned out amazing. Demos arent really a good indicator of the whole game but can help get an idea of games you have no clue about. I like multiplayer demos though, its great to play some matches before you buy.
I think theyre doing fine although im not a fan of the mmo's (11 and 14). I like ff because it can change and be a new experience but still keep the feel of ff. I loved 7-9, really loved 10 and 12, and loved 13. 13 still felt like ff, had a great world, great story, and awesome music and graphics. Co-op is already confirmed so im guessing its multiplayer. Ive heard rumors of multiplayer and i really believe they will include it. At first i didnt like the idea but it could potentially be amazing. I love tps and a gears like multiplayer with biotics as perks could be really fun. I just want the campaign to have the same focus as the others then have a seperate team add the co-op missions and multi. They had to because bluray reads too slow, they said this a dozen times already. Its not that big of a deal and neither is 3 disks. Im just glad we get such an amzing game running on consoles, if it takes 3 disks and a 8 gb instal bring it. Installs do genrally piss me off because im excited to play i rush home rip the game open and have to wit 20 minutes for it to load, install and whatever. Rather just pop it in but whatever, looks sick on both consoles.
They should do something where you get a free rental a month for ps plus and one select older sony picture a week to watch (not own). Ps store is games and movies but plus only deals with games? Also make it where plus can rent sony pictures 2 weeks before they release. It would make plus more awesome and free rentals for sony pictures wont cost jack.
It does sound that way but mw3 still prob has more content than every other shooter. We get a survival mode where you can play on every multiplayer map, spec ops, and more maps than other games. They couldve sold the survival mode as dlc or had one map per map pack like zombies. COD has dlc because its so popoular, new maps keep people interested. I like how enslaved did the apocalyptic world. It was destroyed but overgrown with plants how it would be after the dust settled from whatever calamity happened. A destroyed world can still be beautiful even if its drab, the beauty is in walking through a deserted town in fallout and seing houses people used to live in without even a cricket chirping. Yea thats the one problem i have with gears is so few maps. I like at least 12 but i cant fault epic too much because of how jam packed with content gears 3 is. Ive only been playing hoard/beast mode on one map, it will take me 6 months to play through all the disk maps lol. Man this game looks so dope. This is a hell of a good reason for any stragglers to pick up a ps3. Sony needs to market this as well as ms does halo, it looks that good. I love tower defense and rts so this is a day 1. Im glad more shooters are using rts elements its really addictive in hoard 2.0. I love building a base and setting up sentry guns and turrets i hope this takes that to the extreme.
Just follow the first game, get someone like JJ Abrams to direct it, hire good actors and actresses and bam great movie. I want a female shephard because thats how i played and imo it adds to the story where the first human spectre is a woman but i can live with a dude i guess. Make it a good 2-2 and a half hours long and dont make it some pg family friendly crap, its a dark mature story. I dont know how hoolywood could F this up, everythings there already just put it on a screen.
It instantly reminded me of socom 4 and infamous 2. The cover system and gunplay of socom 4 with the colors and world of infamous 2. Hell he even resembles cole a bit. It looks really good so far but so many promising games turn out as duds. I still have an old game informer with a few pages on this from over a year ago. Wondered what happened to it.
Id like kaim from lost odyssey he is the shi*. Id also like to see balder from too human but these characters arent widely known like cole from infamous. Only 360 characters with name recognition would be master chief or marcus or dom. Cole Train wouldve awesome come to think of it but who cares its a nice bonus for ps3 owners, the 360 has its special content so theres no need to bicker.
All these skeptics havnt played gears 3. Go get a 360, buy gears 3, then come back and say its not the best game this year. No its a great story and it actually has wieght to it. Its very well done and not just for a gears game. Trust me dont pass this game up its light years ahead of 1 and 2.

How could they do a gears 4? All the locust and lambent are dead. The war is over, humanity is saved. I could see prequals dealing with E-Day or the pendulum wars, that would be cool but i cant see how there could ever be a gears 4. I thought it bieng over was obvious and not open ended at all.
Im pretty sure they didnt release splinter cell and prince of persia on 360 because they play on ALL 360's and can be bought for like 3 dollars. Nobody will pay 40 dollars when they can get the same games for way cheaper.
