True the wii-u is basically a console version of the ds/3ds. One main screen for action and one for menus, touch, controls, exc. I got this game because im one of the 3 people on earth who never played ninja gaiden on xbox, 360, or ps3. I couldve got stigma for 10 bucks but this looked fantastic on vita. I really cant believe i never played this before, what was i thinking?

Revelations did just about everything right. The ooze were cool zombies, it was survival horror, extensive raid mode, lots of unlockables, and NO DLC! Il prob bargain bin raccoon city but re6 is a day 1 for me. Cant wait the trailer looked so sick.
I got lbp and kz liberation to work but im kind of salty all psp games dont work. I wanted portable ops, resistance, and the 2 syphon filters to play with 2 analog sticks but po for sure doesnt work and the rest are very iffy. Seems like a DAMN fine game for a launch title personally. The one thing holding me back is its 50 dollars with no co-op or mp. The CPP is the shit and anyone bashing it doesnt have a 3ds with it. Its super comfortable, works great, has almost 500 hrs on one battery, and is cheap. I thought it was fugly as hell but once i had it in my hands with re revelations i instantly loved it. I picked this up after missing it on ps2 and the game rocks! Its def not as good as vesperia (not much is) but its still damn good. Best jrpg on the 3ds imo. Il gladly support a tales game so hopefully we get more of them localized.

If they want it to really sell vitas and be a game changer they need to be able to play the same mp against ps3 folks. A vita could be used as a second screen for splitscreen or playing against friends on the go or whatever. If its only vita on vita peeps it will do well but it will always be a lesser experience and the hardcore cod junkies will stay on consoles.
It had a few problems early on but now it runs perfectly fine for me. I got bad lag/slowdown at one point but the game was so good i easily forgave it (especially since they worked so hard to fix it). Hope we get a elder scrolls or kingdoms game on the vita.
Thank God for Mistwalker. This gen wouldve been barren and desolate without the games they have made. Sure theres a few good rpgs (tri ae has been great this gen) but there hasnt been a Dragon Quest on hd consoles or a traditional FF. There has been spiritual successors in Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey which are amazing. Lost Odyssey is more FF that FF is these days. After revelations i have complete faith in RE6. If they keep the split between classic survival horror and action (seperate characters for each type) with a bigger deeper raid mode with the 6 player co-op it will be mind blowingly awesome. Revelations was really creepy and brought back the survival element. I love that game to death, raid mode is digital crack.
Technically the vita but the 3ds has better games so it wins in my book. I like the dual screen layout on the 3ds and the 3d is cool. I like the bigger screen on the vita and dual sticks from the gate is awesome. Its mostly up to preference.

I love doomed gaming. I just got a new Resident Evil and a Tales game on my "doomed" handheld. Im getting a Mgs title next week on the same dead handheld. As for the vita wait until it f***in launches before you judge it. Its not going to be an ipad situation and it wont hold a flame to the 3ds but it will kick ass and sell well for a non nintendo handheld. If we get a new ff or new mgs on it its a winner in my eyes.
Vita no doubt. The 3ds didnt get any killer titles until a bit later in its life. The real comparison is vita launch games vs released 3ds games because people deciding between the two will look at that and the 3ds has a much better library as of now. Both have a alot of good games coming down the road so it will be a good battle and id be happy with either (although il get both).
Im going to get this for the 3ds. I would get the ps3 version but its going to be killer to have it on the go an with 3d. Vita would be awesome but il take 3d over a bigger screen personally.
Magna Carta 2 is prob the most overlooked game on 360. It has awesome realtime combat with an excellent risk reward element, a materia type system, awesome huge bosses, great graphics, art/character designs from Hyung-tae Kim, and a generic jrpg story lol. If you can overlook the bland story you will discover one of the most fun games this gen. The environments are pretty awesome also. Give it a try.
I agree with the percieved value of something like this. I think most people will compare it to gaming systems. The ps3 has a much bigger library and is more powerful and costs the same thing. The 3ds has more games and costs less. It doesnt matter that it launched at 250 becuase people dont care or remember, they se 150-170 vs 250-300+memory card and see a hundred to hundred fifty dollar diference. The vita is more powerfu than a 3ds im sure but average people see revelations and golden abys...
I think its awesome. Hopefully it gets alot of new players into kz3 which it needs. I know tons of people who would love it but theyre too busy with cod all the f*****g time, drives me nuts but i guess its what they enjoy. This should be done with all mp games, demo it until level 5 or so like homefronts trial, it would get people into stuff they wouldnt normally try.
