I agree. This upcoming gen is all about social gaming. From Miiverse to the ps4 share button, watching friends play, handing control over to friends through a console, all the social aspects of the xbone, its finally to the point where you can be connected to gamers while you game even on different games. I doubt this has anything to do with sales. They don't want to work with Nin to sell more, they want to because he enjoys it and thinks he can make the games he wants. If that's where he can make the games he wants I'm all for it. When devs are happy and have creative license along with the support needed we get wonderful games like TLoU, Xenoblade, Wonderful 101, SOTC exc.

My guess is it kept the 3d camera so it can still have a cohesive ecosystem. You can buy this and share 3d media with friends and your other systems. This is a 3ds with everything included excluding glasses free 3d. Otherwise its the same (as it should be).

They sell more copies without it. Now you need two consoles, two games, and two subs for ps online. Friends can't sit around like gears and play four player coop. Then again only KZ3 had coop so its not a standard for GG like it is for Halo, Gears, and COD. Il be pissed if there's no bots in this and Mercenery though. Omg wtf was that? Looked amazing until the phone pops up. Really? A cross platform mobile/xbone/ps4/vita game? Why waste the potential Level 5? Should've been a full console or even arcade game for 3ds or vita. Their last two 3ds Eshop titles were amazing. Crimson Shroud and Attack of the Friday Monsters. They will open 100 more when next gen kicks in. Its been slow these past few years. This gen lasted a bit too long but all is forgiven now that we have two new handhelds and three dope ass consoles launching/revving up.

Its great. Really wish it had larger op layer counts though. So far vita games have been all 4v4 which gets boring quick IMO. Still its the first real effort we've gotten and shows what the vita is capable of. Makes me wish Resistance had gotten an extra year in development, it could've been a really great game like this seems to be. Love me some KZ.
For me its physical games. I can collect them. Nothing beats physically owning one of your favorite games. Having it on a hdd isn't the same. That market is dead on pcs.
Also exclusives. I like Japanese games which are mainly on consoles. PC has good genres also but I prefer console genres. PC is great from a price and BC perspective. Its cheaper and games will always work not to mention mods. Each has its benefits I suppose.
