But then again near the beginning they define a multi core processor as having two or more independent processors in a single package. The key word here is independent. Independent is something that the SPE's are not. Only the main core processor is. That makes the Cell not technically a multi core processor.
I can't see why people hate either. Each has strengths and weaknesses. Yes, the PS3 will be able to do things the 360 can't, but the 360 has advantages of its own over the PS3. Anyone who believes their console of choice has its competition beat hands down in every possible category is only fooling him or her self.
Pick the features (including games) that are right for you and make your console decision based on that. Too many people have that part backwards. They just choos...
Don't apologize. Your original comment was true, it's just apparently not popular to call a copycat a copycat anymore. That's not your fault. If anything, you should find out if any of these folks hating on you now made fun of the 360 for having removable faceplates back when it released and then call them out on it.
If you're going to copy something from a competitor, don't let it be something lame like removable faceplates.
Also @ Jin. Does that mean the people who have PS3s and still come here are proof that the PS3 sucks, because if not your comment is most definitely false. Either that or you hold a double standard. Knowing fanboys, it's probably the double standard.

A bunch of Ubisoft artwork spanning multiple games was leaked recently. The next Splinter Cell is currently called Conviction and at least some of the game will in fact take place in Washington D.C.

This will be a good thing. While they did a pretty good job utilizing the controller for BFME2, I'd like to have mouse support by the time Command & Conquer comes out.

Unlike Halo, this game deserves an M rating. I hate going up against twelve year olds on XBL, especially on mature games. They are irritating to say the least. Unlike Halo, with Gears if their parents see what they are playing they'll flip out and not let them play it anymore...and that's a good thing. Less annoying kids to play with = a better online experience for me. For that reason and the fact that the extreme content can be pretty amazing, I say keep the rating.
I didn't buy BFME2 but C&C is one of my favorite video game franchises of all time. I'm definitely getting this one.

My math skills are up to par and I can tell you that vertices is the plural of vertex. Vertex means corner. Yes, corner as in angle. Lines are drawn between the vertices, they are not the vertices themselves. Sorry to have to split hairs like that but I would ask that you bring your own math up to par before giving a math lecture to others lest you end up misinforming them.
