Man I hope its fun. Everything I've been reading about it lately is negative. I'm stuck out, as I pre-ordered months ago (digital) and can no longer cancel. I watched an mp stream and it looked fun. I guess I'll have to like it because I have no choice now.
Last thing I got from sony was a 15% off code. I was thinking of combing this with the tomb raider sale. Anyone think its worth $25?
I grew tired of it quick. Sent it back to gamefly without even putting a dent in it. Rinse repeat missions and the driving everywhere. I'm back on skyrim now and yes you have lots of travelling to do, but at least theres stuff to do on the way.
Yeah , this time around I am really putting on the difficulty. I'm playing on expert and I'm attempting to run a pure mage build (no armour no weapons). It's been really fun so far, but I'm starting to notice the difficulty challenge creeping in.
If they were to implement some type of in game lfg. They would need to add detailed stats on completion, playtime, k/d etc. This way you could attempt to weed out the guys trying to get carried. When I was active during kings fall, I had to explain the raid mechanics about 20 different times, It became a pre-rehearsed sales pitch and became annoying.
Yeah, I'm with you on this one. I've been a big console fps player for years. I put 25 days into halo 5 multiplayer and 100s into destiny mp. However, after a week on this game, I traded it. I had fun for a bit, but the emphasis on having a well rounded team comp and the need to play with a squad, turns me off. I found the 2nd half of the week absolutely annoying, as many of the heroes just frustrated me. This game also allows you to spawn camp.
After starting the new dlc. I immediately skipped the first quest and went and did everything else. Upon coming back to the first quest. I could not progress. It just sent me to a marker on the map, where no one was. I looked up the video on youtube and followed the trail exactly. Sure enough it started the main quest. I was about to lose my mind.
Great video, missed all that in the reveal. Can't wait for this game to drop, major hype!
I preordered the new sp game and I'm currently playing the stick of truth. Feels really smooth on the new consoles and is just as fun as my previous play through. I can't wait for the new release in December.
Yeah, I've now seen the 20 minute video shown at E3. Looks great with the ability to start with stealth then turn guns blazing. They showed how you can divide districts for your under bosses. The story looks interesting and combat can be brutal. I played Mafia 2 years ago and really enjoyed it, this looks fun as well.
Thanks to free EA access, I finally tried titanfall. I am enjoying it so far, but going against people who have been playing for sometime is a bit rough. I
haha only in multiplayer games.
I traded in my copy and have noticed many of my friends have been playing less and less. Unless you have a dedicated team of 6, competitive will be nightmare. The game was smooth and fun for a bit, but I found myself getting more and more annoyed. Every time I heard " MOLTEN CORE!" I about threw my controller. Seeing people run cheese comps will probably be the norm in competitive. Overall, I played about 33 hours before jumping ship. I found too many rage inducing annoyances to ke...
Why am I watching a video of overwatch, while a guy talks about Destiny?
I've already traded mine to amazon. I just couldn't see anything there to sustain my fun for the long term. The last day I played I just felt brain dead. This game relies heavily on team comps and not necessarily individual skill. Some characters are down right annoying to face. Just watch the current competitive scene and see how only a handful of heroes dominant their meta. Most are never used. Ultimate's are absolutely a joke, because they can turn the tide of the game and most ...
Looking for some feedback about this game. I completed the main story a couple months back. I now have both dlc's but have yet to play them. Should I play them on my main save or do a new game plus? I like the idea of running through fresh, since its been months since I touched the game. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.
Just traded mine to amazon for $35.64. I had fun for the 33 hours I put into it, but there is nothing to keep me interested. Playing against some characters can be downright annoying. Everyone wants to dps and its hard to find dedicated healers. Most all the people I play with will heal if needed, but die for a chance to run something else. I bet my frustrations would sky rocket with competitive release, so I sold it while it worth decent money. Also, ultimate's can be absolutely infuriat...
The problem is I have grouped with dozens of different people. My friends, friends of friends, random pick ups etc. The theme stays the same. The temptation to be the one doing all the killing is extremely high. Once the competitive mode drops, established roles will need to be set. I play with a few who run mercy/lucio, but they jump on dps any chance they get.
I've already had my fill of this game. It was a fun 33 hours, but I can't keep it up. I find facing many of the characters to be down right annoying. Sure there is counter picks, but someone has to be willing to change and they often don't. This game also forces you to play certain character types. The people I run with never want to run healers. Everyone wants to dps. I always run the tank roll and can't leave it empty. When competitive mode comes out, I can see even more fru...
I've played a little mp and and a little story. I am having fun with it. Seems like this will be a vast game and with the mp, it should have some decent replay value.
