I'm not trying to start anything, but my friend called me earlier today and his launch 60gb PS3 gets a yellow light and then a red light and 3 beeps. Anyone know what that error is?
Edit: YLOD isn't an overheating problem? Is there a fix for the HDD problem? He's afraid of sending it to Sony and getting a replacement that doesn't have BC.

Wasn't the PS3 the lead platform and that hardware that the arcade is based on? So you're telling me that Namco rewrote the PS3 engine, and downgraded the graphics just so it would look similar to the 360 version?
darkrider66, you've been here long enough to read through all the posts. Please name a site that PS3 fans have not accussed of being biased against the PS3. I don't mind PS3 fans being upset at some sites, but whenever a site gives a bad score to a PS3 game, they're automatically labled biased.
So a site is biased if it gives good scores to 360, but not biased if it gives good scores to PS3 games because PS3 games deserve it? I'm also guessing that everyone of the sites on the article have been called biased by PS3 fans. I believe they even called a PS3 site biased towards the 360 :)

Can you please define what "HD" is? When its Forza 3, PS3 fans say GT5 is true HD at 1080p. But since the majority of PS3 games are 720p and below, does that mean that KZ2 is sub-HD? When 360 games have a higher resolution than their PS3 counterparts (ie: Ghostbusters, GTA4, ...) PS3 fans claim its not about graphics, but how fun it is. I just wanted some definition of HD.

And so PS3 fans are here again.. and the first one to post too! With so many great exclusives, exactly what do you guys play? Can't be those great exclusives cause the sales aren't that good. Actually isn't one of the best selling PS3 game is a $40 demo? I'm pretty sure it sold more than KZ2, LBP, and only matched by MGS4.
DigitalAnalong, my problem is when PS3 fans always uses the "biased" excuse. If a good 360 game gets good reviews its because the site is biased towards the 360 or that MS paid them off. If a PS3 game gets bad reviews, there's no way that the game is actually just bad or is just ok, so the site must be biased and hates the PS3. If a PS3 game gets great scores, but has a minor complaint, the site must be biased cause the game is "perfect" and there's no way it could have a...
Yeah, but you notice that even though UC2 got a perfect score,PS3 fans still have to complain about how biased the site is.
Damn.. MW2's numbers are great, but wtf happened to UC2? That's pretty low considering what great reviews its getting.
Great score.. I'll be getting this for my son when its released. I'm guessing that as soon as Eurogamer gives a PS3 game a bad review or a 360 game a good review, then PS3 fans will go back to the whole "biased" excuse again.
Seems like Sony didn't think this all the way through. If you go with the Go, a game you want may not be available for download.
What do you know... PS3 fans in another 360 success story. Weird.. I thought they had all the exclusives worth playing, but yet 80% of comments on 360 articles are by PS3 fans. So 360 fans are playing ODST, its obvious that PS3 fans have nothing to play since all they do is complain about 360 stuff.
darkrider, I would assume it would be better to sell most of your games at the beginning at full price than get most of your sales when it becomes a "platinum" hit.

Haha.. actually he just bought a 360 a couple of months ago and thought that it would give him RROD before his launch PS3. And honestly, I don't know what the error is on the PS3. My launch 60gb PS3 is still working.
