Is $150 really too expensive? I mean we buy rockband, dj hero, guitar hero, and tony hawk ride by the millions.
Gotta love fans. When Burnout Paradise was released, PS3 fans were saying how great Criterion was for having a better PS3 version. Of course now that Criterion praised Natal, its "what was the last good game these guys came out with? seriously.... ".
Ghostbusters?
So if your PS3 got the YLOD would you not buy another one?
Its not just the 360, but there is also the YLOD for the PS3. I have 2 PS3s that I fixed sitting in each of my kids rooms. I also have a launch 60gb sitting downstairs at the tv room.
Edit: RayRay, a fixed RROD can last a lot longer than a couple of days. I have 2 360s that have been working for months.
But they dont get the entire $60. I doubt they even get half.
So when FF13 for the PS3 was shown as 720p and the 360 version was "subhd", graphics mattered. Now its back to back to gameplay matters.
Superior version confirmed!
Funny that you guys are deciding to listen to Activision.
So explain why a lot of games still sell more on the 360?
vhero, so by your logic the install base of the 360 should be less than half of the PS3. Please explain then why games tend to outsell their PS3 counterpart?
k.. you PS3 peps are saying that there's really only about 13mil 360s cause people are at least on their 3rd 360? So if there's only 13mil compared to 30mil+ of PS3s, why do a lot of multi plats sell more on the 360?
So PS3 fans aren't worried that they might look stupid moving around pretending to fight?
When MS said they had production constraints, PS3 fans called them liars.
Sony must have paid them off. Eurogamer is biased against the 360 anyways. Ooops.. sorry.
clintos59, so you're saying the media hates PS3 exclusives, yet you're saying that UC2 has won the most awards... were all those awards from the media?
For all the ones saying they will look silly moving around with Natal.. I'm guess it looks a lot cooler with Move?
dog, you do know that Gears of War came out first and PS3 fans jumped all over that for being to grey???
So Activision could have been right. Activision said that they were planning on leaving, but also was trying to take IW members with them.
I'm not sure why you guys are getting on the author's case. What's the use of him even writing anything if he can't describe what he experiences? I thought developers like positive and negative feedback so that they can modify the game accordingly.
