Rather than these two they should make an Othello game. We could play as Iago.
Or better yet, Midsummer Nights Dream
This is exactly what I was thinking. So many possibilities of what could be done with a video game adaptation of Midsummer.
Somehow, I've managed to resist the urge to read or learn anything much about Mass Effect 2. The first one blew me away, and I want that same feeling with this sequel. Its getting harder and harder to resist though. Good thing it comes out next week.
While this is definitely a fun game, I don't see that it deserves a 5. I don't mind the music so much, but I'm completely lost on the story. Maybe it will all come together at the end, but so far I didn't think any game could have a story that is more convoluted than Ninja Gaiden. Some great ideas here for sure, but at most a 3 out of 5.
More evidence that Natal is being made as a last ditch effort to get some real sales in the Japanese market. We can hate on it all we want, but it just might be right up their alley.
Why exactly would an Xbox gamer be mad? Just because a game was multiplatform doesn't mean its a crappy game or shouldn't be played. In fact, the multiplatform games tend to look better on my xbox than they do on my Playstation. For me, I like my multiplats on my Xbox mostly because I hate the playstation controller. Either way, every console has its slow year of exclusives. 2010 looks to be better for the Xbox than 2009 was in this regard.
Now, that being said, in order fo...
LOL at the disagrees. Seriously, I really will be using my Fanatec wheel with this demo/time trial.
I'll download this so I have a reason to use my Fanatec Turbo S and clubsport pedals on the PS3!
Will I need to have a copy of GT5P to play this, or will this Time Trial thing stand alone? I got rid of my GT5P about a month after I got it, and would not buy it again.
I dont believe that its necessary. At least not this generation. Microsoft has already backed the wrong HD horse, so they just need to stick to their guns with standard DVD for now. Honestly, having multiple disks doesn't bother me too much. Last night I brought home Forza 3 (2 disks). It asked me to install the 2nd disk, which I did, then I played the game off the first disk and will likely never need the second one again.
When I played Metal Gear Solid 4, I had to laugh after th...
I had this happen to me in the demo while I was driving the Audi R8. It was really weird. My car just stood there on its nose until I wiggled the wheel. Just a freak occurance is all this is. Every game has some strange quirks.
LOL on people saying how great the physics are in GT. Just look at those videos of the crazy car spins. I've had that happen to me too. Take the blinders off people. Appreciate these games for what they are, entertainment. Just because a dev is being a ...
Then suddenly all these "nit pickers" would have a valid point in the eyes of the average N4G user. Whether or not the graphics could be done on the 360 (im sure they couldn't), this game is fun, but not perfect, and if it was a 360 game you guys would be tearing it up on account of its linearity, its lame boss fights, and forced camera angels. Its just another Tomb Raider.
hey man, you got a house full of kids you want a pair of lounge pants. Sitting around in your boxers means you're just bound to give the kiddies a show that they dont particularly want to see. Gotta go lounge pants. Don't have to go video game lounge pants though. Gotta draw the line somewhere.
The premise sounds very interesting. I just hope that they can pull it off. I've always gotten very excited for each Fable game, but after playing it found each underwhelming. Number 2 was definitely better than the first, so here's hoping that they keep improving.
Maybe I don't follow what you're saying. My apologies. I don't even consider myself a fan of the MG series as I've never played any of the previous ones. I only recently purchased a PS3, and MGS4 was the first game I bought for it. I'd read the hype and wanted to see what it was about. It completly changed what I thought a game could be, and I fail to see how people can say Uncharted has done that for them. Its a fun game, dont get me wrong, but honestly I thought Arkham Asylum was a lo...
Overrated.
(Look, its fun, but there are better games out there. As far as I'm concerned, MGS4 is the game that changed the standard for me. Sorry)
I happen to agree here. Uncharted 2 was, for the most part, a very good game, but to say that it changed gaming is just nonsense. Its Tomb Raider with a better story and less boobs. I finished it last night, and except for maybe some multiplayer, will not be playing it again. I found myself frustrated by too many forced camera angles and lame "run away" sequences to want to go through it all again. Arkham Asylum was a better game. MGS4 was a FAR superior game. I just don't get t...
I had this whole argument written, but really it's pointless to argue here. Everyone is a pro on N4G. If the wheel in your car jerks violently back and forth as it does for cars in this game then all I can say is please please
please be careful. Wear a seatbelt.
So that he said how he loved Uncharted 2, then suddenly these four pages of comments would be filled with sympathy for his dying friend. Instead of gleaning a life lesson, that there are more important things that should be cherished, this guy gets called names and yelled at because he dared to insult Uncharted 2. He expressed an opinion. Most of you people here should be ashamed of yourselves. This wasn't a review, it was just an informative piece and a way to express his feelings. Don'...
I'm not sure I could even play this game without having him in it. It would just feel weird.
"Are you gonna say monkey?" lol
