Interestingly enough, the Bible warns us against those who would imitate Christ or those who would be so-called, false prophets. Warnings against those that would say they are Christian and talk the talk but not walk the walk. The warnings are there and so those that fall for the "killings in the name of religion" are simply ignorant and susceptible to false teachings.
If you see a man or woman claiming to be a Christian but murdering, raping, stealing and the like, w...
In the end, you make a great point. We that are using Home now are simly making it better for those who will be using it tomarrow. When the casuals get into Home, it will be even better than it is today. I can only imagine how fast the number of Home users will grow when the PS3 is selling for 299 or less.
It is true that with so many good exclusives coming to the PS3 there will be little money left to buy anything else but I have to encourage you and anybody else, if you can sport the cash, buy both consoles so that no great game escapes you. In the end it's all about games and gaming with your buds and not about who's console is better than the other. I lean towards the PS3 but that is because most of my buds have one but I can miss out on any of the great games exclusive to the 360. It's a g...
Looks like ZuperAmazingCooKie just schooled Omega4. Nice list of great games.
The fanboys need to realize, this is not a hardware issue, this is a developer issue where it would seem that the dev either lied about the development of the game or they have no idea what they are talking about. Either way, they are no good and the game is a no purchase for me. It's been a rental from the beginning.
If Cole takes an hour to climb a building, then you suck at inFAMOUS. Sorry, but backhanded comments make for great fanboy banter but are really unwelcome in the gamer zone.
Prototype has a bland story, janky controls and the graphics suffer on both platforms. One has better textures but with more screen tearing (or so some say) while the other has poor textures and better frame rates. In inFAMOUS, you get the bets of all worlds, better story, awesome textures and minimal frame...
If he doesn't like the way things are going, he just buys the company out or forces them into bankruptcy. In my 34 years of life I have never seen a president become a CEO of a car company or bank for that matter during presidency... Ever. Let's see if he can run the US into more debt before the year is up... Heck, he's already tripled our deficit in the last few months... Why not go for broke Mr. President!
Freakin idiot.
This is good news for gamer that Sony is taking care of us. I am a gamer and one on a budget and knowing that there will be 15 more titles to pick from makes me happy but wishful of more money at the same time! lol
Between first party exclusives, second and third party titles, and both consoles, I have my work cut out for me this year - Fiscal year that is.
Itagaki? Is that you again?
Don't lock yourself in your limmozine buddy. I would hate to hear on the news that you had to eat yourself to death.
And I'll show you what you can do with that money all the while play great games on both the 360 and the PS3 for much less. I have seen guys drop 1200 plus on a gaming rig and play a single game then brag about it but in the end, that is a single game that delivers a single prize of enjoyment. In the end, console gamers like to play far more games so you can have one or two really great looking games or you can play dozens of good looking games and for half the cost... or less.
Here's my thought...
Natal is cool, very cool but not anything close to Nobel Prize worthy. Sorry, but unless Natal finds the cure for cancer, the Nobel Prize needs to go to somebody who really deserves it.
As for the "future proof" comment, Sony is the only one that can truly use that term. Why? The PS2 says hello. It's not about hardware that makes a console future proof, it's the fans that keep a console alive and at the moment, Sony has the lions sh...
If that is the engine they speak of then by all means... Kudos to Capcom.
Especially for playing to the fanboys and giving the fanboy community food for hate. If he was less abrasive then yeah, he would be alright but in too many cases he has been nothing more than a fanboy in a nice suit. As for the dispensing of Xbox 720 rumors... I say that Natal will be backwards compatible and releasing on both the 360 and 720 will be in there best interest... With that being said, I see a Natal release for the 360 in the Spring and a 720 announcement in the Fall.
They knew that the price of their console was more for the hardcore gamer and movie viewer and that casuals would rather pay less than 250 or so. Knowing this and how now is the right time to release motion controls, I can foresee a price drop at or before the time they release the new motion sticks and then can see a bundle that will incorporate a few casual games to get the casual market started for the PS3. They have always said they will pander to the hardcore market first thent he casual...
Was simply a marketing term used in the United States for kids between 10 and 13 or so. It's simply a term to describe preadolescence.
That nearly half od the Sony 2009 lineup was pushed to 2010. Now we can actually afford all the games at release rather than having to pick only the ones we can afford. I would rather have half the lineup of Sony games than nothing at all...
And to the user that said:
"I prefer Microsoft's approach of announcing games closer to their release dates so that there is still an element of surprise and gamers can be more confident that the games will actually make...
I was hoping for a longer life for the 360 with full support rather than dual console support that in some cases renders newer games less impressive. I hope that the new 360 is better in terms of hardware but it just seems so soon to even start with these news stories, especially with the economy as it is. I know it is important for MS to release their console first to gain market share but this is just a tad too soon if you ask me.
Well, considering that 4D is real time and graphics processing combined, I would say that the PS3 already does that. The 4D argument comes up a lot when the 360 gets slammed for its unreliability... Is that all that can be said about the PS3 to defend against 360 attacks?
If I recall correctly, 4D graphics is said to be possible on both the 360 and PS3... So if that is the case, then does it make it any less relevant because it is possible on both consoles?
The big draw to it for me is:
Size
16 GB Internal Memory
Weight
Blue Tooth
These few cons outweigh the negatives and so it's a win/win for me. I like my PSP 2000 but after thinking it over, it will be nice to have something that will more easily fit in my pocket and have far more available space for my DLC.
