Saying "hardcore gamers" don't want a Wii is totally incorrect my friend. Everyone that works at the base with me that has a Wii is 22-45. I really do not know of one single "soccer mom" that owns one...not saying that they are not out there. I do like how EN used the term "mainstream" instead of "casual gamers" and I am happy to see a dev with the confidence and the determination that HVS has, to give us Wii gamers( and theirselves) a rightfully deserved proper Wii FPS! I own the 1st gen DS so this is a big upgrade for me! It is somewhat of a mini-Wii if you will. Spoony hit the nail on the head with his comment. Final note: Negative Nintendo news on a micro$oft site(ref.msnbc)!? naaahhh lack of sleep has kicked in, that would never happen.
Not trying to be rude my friend but when you ask "since when did FPS involve sword fighting?" Halo has those annoying swords too. I know it's not the main focus of the game but their in there.
This would make a nice T.V.commerical to help get the word out to those who don't watch G4TV or surf N4G and other sites of the like.
I had planned on pre-ordering the game but when I heard of the Limited Edition I stepped it up and ordered it sooner than I was going to. Funny thing though, when I told the GS employee that I wanted to reserve it, first he asked me which system the game was for and then he and his fellow employee were clueless about the in-game upgrades......oh well I goss it!

They say "Ignorance is Bliss" so 90% of you must be the happiest people in the world. Those who claimed to have sold their Wiis most likely never owned one in the first place and have an amount of hatered so vast that their console is not in 1st place that they conceive any excuse they can to convince others not to purchase one. I own both a Wii and a 360 and must say that my Wii gets more play time. My 360 is for games that I can not get on the Wii and I no longer play those games ...

Being the owner of a day 1 system having the launch straps my brain throbs in pain to understand how people are so ignorant that they not only are able to cause them to snap but also let go of the Wiimote itself. At a recent family gathering my bro-in-law and I were playing Madden on the Wii and decided to include the rest of the family so we popped in Wii sports and my garndfather at 72 experienced it for the first time and never had one incident......perhaps he is not sue happy?

@ bmatthews: you sir are consumed by blindness! What is "hardcore? overhyped FPS #1,2,3, and maybe 4? The word "hardcore" is thrown around as if it only applies to FPS and bloody games which is not true.

I am not saying that Netflix should be free my friend I am saying that M$ shouldn't require Gold to access it
As a Silver XBL member ( I have NAT issues and cant play w/friends....any advice?) I find it somewhat upsetting that not only do I pay for the Netflix subscription( no complaints with them) but I must ALSO pay the fee for the Gold membership. I belive it should be available to anyone with any form of XBL membership.
