on the game of course. I find myself having a hard time getting through FF13 due to all the long ass scenes and cinematics that are so convoluted and melodramatic that they make Pee Wee Herman seem boring. Some games do not need a long drawn out story, when all the gamer wants to do is play a dam game.

I played through Heavy Rain like 3 months ago and I still wake up in a cold sweat at 3AM hearing the words "JASON! JAAAAASON! JASON!" Somehow a little x shows up and floats around too.
Rather stay seated and make the guy on the screen run around. It's been great for 30 years and it will stay that way. I don't want to get up and jump around while playing games. That's just me though. I see the motion control fad as good for little kids, but I can't take it serious.

Since when did GOW become anything other than a Castlevania wannabe? The kids today play GOW and think that Castlevania is somehow an emulation of it. Wrong. Castlevania was first, always will be first, and LOS will be the best 3D action game to date!

Am I the only one who thinks motion controls are lame? I want the guy on the screen to jump around, not me. I play games to make the guy run around. If I wanted to run around I would be outside playing tennis or baseball. Gaming time is for ball scratching adventuring with a beer.

We all know PS3 is the most powerful console. Anybody who doesn't own one didn't want to pony up the cabbage for one. Or their parents didn't want to, and they got the 360 or Wii. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. DVD games

The rest of the world is indeed more informed and intelligent when it comes to purchasing consoles. The rest of the world knows that the SONY brand is indeed the superior console. Only in America would ppl CHOOSE to buy a DVD based console in a world that has Blu-Ray available. For the life of me I cannot figure out why American consumers are so stupid that they pay for DVD based games and pay for online play????

Why on Earth would anyone buy games when you can rent them for a fraction of the price? A 3D action game, or any non multiplayer game becomes a paperweight the moment you complete it. The average adventure takes about 12 hours of gameplay to finish. Is that worth 60 dollars? Not to me. I'd rather rent 3 or 4 per month for 17 dollars.
