It's like any other game with difficulty. Patience pays off. Running in to mash X means you die. This is what most gamers are accustomed to nowadays, and the best developers have found a way to stop with all that. Actually learning and getting better is much more enjoyable than being nearly invincible from the outset.
Haha yeah that bat bitch killed me a bunch too. She started kung fuing me and I had to laugh.
It's not that different from Souls Borne where you need to have defeated the boss in order to help others defeat it.
This game to me is easily higher than an 8. It plays fluidly and beautiful. The combat is rich and deep with options. The exploration is fun and the game is a challenge with hundreds of hours to enjoy. 9 minimum.
Lol and you're still going to die.
Yeah, the Salt is one of my favorites. You throw some out and then the whooping begins.
Ninja Gaiden isn't 'Souls like' at all. That's why you're confused.
What he is saying, is that Souls games have become their own genre. That Nioh resembles them is due to the popularity of Fromsoft's most recent games.
Generic,
Dude, there are three Dark Souls games on diff platforms. There are literally millions familiar with the series. That is why the author used it.
Three Dark Souls games, three platforms, millions and millions more know it. That it is the most recent, so it makes more sense to compare the new game to it and Bloodborne. Yes I love Demons Souls too, but you guys are like little girls if someone doesn't take a shower with Demons Souls.
Because Dark Souls was played by millions more. It was across 3 platforms. Everyone is familiar with it, but you knew that.
Remember when you weren't an annoying piece of dirt? We need you to be like that again.
With an amazing boost mode.
You're such a clown.
Decent tips. Every player must do all of these, so they're useful. The game is hard like Souls, but it's also very fair so that one never gets permanently stuck.
It is hard.
Waiting for the "Oh its not hard at all" ppl. Cuz they play through on 1 life obviously.
Demons was the best. When I first got that game there was no wiki or anything. We were guinea pigs with absolutely no direction. That game had the best community and the most enjoyable online for a long long time. It spawned a dynasty. Like the Tuck Rule game. Right, LexHazard79? 😆
Look up. That's the point of the discussion going over your head.
How large is your display? I'm just curious. I only have a 43" and I can't tell the difference. Some say larger displays show the discrepancy.
Absolutely not. That is not what the Pro does, nor the article implies.
Yes, and to that end, based on customer value; dollars per pixels, checkerboard is the perfect compromise.
We also have to remember that SONY probably pondered all pros and cons of each given scenario and they most likely overwhelmingly voted in favor of this method due its phenomenal visual results at a cost effective hardware plan.
Checkerboard 2160p is phenomenal. I enjoy it quite a bit and have never once thought "I wish this were genuine."
I'm not done yet, but this game plays so well that an 8 is honestly insulting. You can recognize Team Ninja's hard work in every detail of combat and construction. It's fantastic.
