edit:thanks. Kind of disappointing, although still vague. It isn't terribly hard to have a modifier button that allows you to zoom in and out like in Fallout 3.
the engine doesn't matter, because all games are optimized to use cpu's and gpu's the same way...
but they aren't.
some engines seem to allow better efficiency in cpu/gpu use or at least allow the developers to achieve the efficiency easier than others.

BF3 isn't going to be radically different on the basic levels, either. I would bet BF3 just adds to the formula and expands the player count, so if you don't like BC2 you are probably going to be disappointed by BF3.

I can't believe people fall for the Signature/Collector's/ETC editions every time. It's a scam from the start, no matter the publisher. Year after year, people never learn. Granted, the GT5 package wasn't as bad with the Apex book, but overall I don't think people should support any sort of hodge-podge packaging. It just reeks of used car salesman etiquette.
Never buy collectors editions or anything like them. Is it that hard to understand they are a scam?
