If people still think Microsoft is riding on 2 or 3 games, you're not paying attention. I applaud any new IP and certainly Sony has a nice stable of exclusive IP's of their own that i enjoy, but this notion that Microsoft only has old franchises that consist of Halo, Gears & Forza is absolute nonsense.
Save what? Their exclusives are just fine. Scores are all subjective & looks pretty on paper. There's plenty of games I've played that were highly rated that I was bored with and plenty of lower rated games I found better than suggested.

Catch up? Considering they're more than likely partnering with Vive & Oculus they won't have to do anything. They've already said they're not interested in creating VR hardware. Partnering with already great established periphs like Vive or Oculus makes perfect sense. Matter of fact, they're already experienced with these two on Windows today. The new Classic Collection has become the standard edition after Taken King, making vanilla Destiny obsolete & what you see is merely a placeholder. While it shows that it's "Free" you cannot actually purchase it as there is no option to grab it. There is no rumor. There is no free Destiny.

This all just silly. Xbox also handles themselves independently. That's why they have a Phil Spencer. But Xbox isn't a sub of Microsoft it's very much a Microsoft product. Just like PlayStation is very much a SONY product. There's a major difference between a sub & division. They can say what they want or play with technical terms all they want.
You can't have it both ways. It uses the parent company brand which is SONY. SONY benefits in every way from PlayStation. This is just a massive play on technicality because SONY needs to cover their ass in every way possible.
