I don't think bioshock infinite makes the cut. I loved it, but I still think the first bioshock was better. I know I'm going to love beyond but I'm not sure it will be up there either. I really think it will be between the last of us and gta 5. Hey It could even be something next gen, although launch games usually are not goty material. Oh and don't forget about dark souls 2. I know it will be in my personal running for goty, as long as they don't screw it up.
I pretty much stopped buying dlc years ago. If its a big expansion to an rpg I love then ill buy it but that's about it.
Completely agree. Keep it niche, and if it takes off in popularity let it do it on its own. In other words keep it profitable so fans can keep enjoying it, and from software continues to make money.
Backstabbing was in demons and dark. Why would they remove it. They are going back to dedicated servers like demons. So there will be less lag.

Well I think if your the type of person who wants the latest a greatest all the time. U should prob just switch to PC gaming if u haven't all ready. Console gaming will never be that. How would they make money if they release a new console every 5 years.
The 3ds is a different situation. The dedicated handheld market has way less competition. U basically have just Nintendo and Sony. U could argue smart phones, but I still think there different markets. With consoles u have Nintendo, Sony, ms, and in many cases PC to compete with. Plus most importantly Nintendo has dominated the dedicated handheld market for like 20 some years now. When people think handhelds they think Nintendo. Therefor it was much easier for them to bounce back in that mark...
Nothing against the wii u, but I think it's only going to get harder for it as we get closer to the the ps4 and nextbox releasing. I mean unless they had some heavy hitters like a new Zelda, metroid, Mario galaxy type game coming out this year. But it seems like those games are all farther away than that.
If its a game your not sure your going to be into then maybe just buy the original. But if its a game your pretty sure your going to get into, then buy dark arisen. The additional content is great, and the original game comes with it and has been improved. Plus it's not a full priced game, it's $40, and is worth every penny.
Ya it's one of my favorite games in the last few years. I hope they make it into a franchise. Maybe deep down will end up being a sequel. I just hope it's not a one time thing for capcom.

I loved cod 4, it was an amazing online experience. The most fun I had playing an online shooter since socom 2. Now I hate cod and it has nothing to do with it being popular. It's the changes or lack of changes it's made since cod 4, it's beefed up killstreaks, it's ease of quick scope kills, it's poor map design, the fact that it still has p2p servers, it's over aggressive dlc, unimproved hit detection, it's decade old game engine, and really the list goes on and ...

Ya they would have to have a partner to even think of competing. Like valve, but they have there own box in the works. Sega doesn't have enough pull anymore. Apple, but there rivals so I doubt that. Who knows what there up to.
Huge improvment in many areas, but the game is still a confusing mess. But most of all it's still not fun. I really wanted to like it.
For me it is. This game is what finally made me decide I'm getting one. There are other games I want to play on it but soul sacrifice tipped the scale for me. I'm waitin till after e3, to see if there is a price drop or new model or anything like that. But regardless I will be pickin one up for sure.

Well 1 mil is not great, but I think word of mouth is spreading that while not technically a very good game, it is very fun and how many mmo options are there on consoles.
