No it flat out lacks content. If u compare it to battlefield or the other two big shooters this year. Cod and halo. Battlefront has far less maps, far less weapons, far less unlocks and customization. On top of not having single player. Its a straight rip off. If it didn't have star wars attached to it, but had same gameplay and content. It would be one of the lamest shooters released in many years.

Well lets see, its a great game for one. It will continue to sell on x1, should do very well on PC early next year. Then prob release an ultimate edition on ps4 which again should do extremely well. Oh ya they also got a fat paycheck from ms to make it a timed exclusive. They also thought at the time when they made this deal that uncharted 4 would be releasing in the same timeframe. All in all very smart moves. U guys just don't like it cause its not on your precious ps4. News flash x1 ha...
Halo 5 not having split screen, and having by far the shortest campaign. Is a fail. I don't mind the microtransations, cause the maps will be free. Halo 5 arena MP is like a 9.5. The rest of it is just ok. Most of angry joes reviews are spot on.

I basically wanted battlefront 2 redone. So I don't disagree with him that its a disappointment. But he seems like a tool. Not all online games suck either.
X1 has quantum break, crackdown 3, gears 4, sea of theaves, halo wars 2, and scalebound all coming next year. I wouldn't call that not so much. Ps4 is a good system. Sorry tho besides bloodborne its exclusives have been extremely weak. X1 has a much much stronger game lineup.
I hope they get those servers figured out. I really want to play it to see if its worth buying. I thought it looked unique with is destruction, planning stages, 20 characters, amd no respawns. I think it sounds great in theory. It depends how it plays.

This is good news. There's a chance that both the ps4 and the x1 end up being Sony a ms's best selling consoles all time. This is good news to me, cause I love console gaming. I don't want to see it ever go away, so I'm glad its healthy.
The hate is not unreal. Its very real. First the graphics and sound are fantastic. No your right I don't own battlefront. I played in the beta tho, and then 10 hours of the full game thro ea acsess. I feal like that's plenty to say this game is shallow. It was enough that I decided not to buy it. Not nearly enough maps or weapons.
There's no campaign. Its 40 player modes, walker assualt and supremacy, rotate thro 4 maps! 4 maps! 4 F Ing maps. Battlefront is beyond shallow. If your going to do multiplayer only, there should be tons of maps, weapons, unlocks. It has 11 weapons. It barely has half the multiplayer content that games with a campaign and multiplayer. Its pathetic. It should be $30 at the most. Half the content, half the price.

If the willing to admit this game was terrible, and give refunds. Which good for them. I'm surprized they released it at all. Surely they played it first. Cause we all have a terrible game we have bought for whatever reason, and didn't get a refund.
I agree with this articles overall point. Not there opinions on these games. Well except tomb raider is great. Battlefront is the most style over substance game I've ever played. Looks and sounds amazing. Controls ok at best, generic modes, 13 maps for a multiplayer only game, not close to enough, most the weapons feel very similar, terrible spawn points on certain modes, $50 season pass which will split the player base.
