Just a different day. Killzone 2 does look good. Anyone who fails to see that is a joke. But, once again I say, best graphics mean nothing. Crysis has the best graphics (of any game console or pc) but I still didn't see it as a great game. I like it, but I would rather play Uncharted, or Halo 3. I would play Burnout before picking up GT5 prologue. I prefer splinter cell to Metal Gear Solid 4, even though I picked up the limited edition MGS4.

The internet and fanboys are killing gaming. I think, if there were no internet, I would still think that the gaming community was full of sane and smart individuals and the general public was misunderstanding us. But Im proven wrong everytime I click on firefox, LOL.
Some of the stuff I read is just mind boggling to say the least. But atleast its funny. Burn a few calories every time I laugh.
Then the same could be said for the ps3.
many devs have stated that it takes more money (more time = equal more dev costs) to make a game for ps3 than for 360. These are 3rd party devs mind you so take it with a grain of salt. So lets weigh these options.
ps3
1)ability to put games on 1 disc +1
2)harder to program for = higher dev costs -1
3)blu-ray discs cost more to print on (at the moment) -1
360
1)less space than blu-ray -1 ...
This just means the game(s) come on multiple disks. No big deal. Blu-ray isn't the see all be all and neither was HD-DVD. Blu-ray hasn't automatically made all ps3 games better than those on the xbox. And DVD hasn't made all xbox360 games inferior to ps3 games.
But it seems that the main people that b!tch about it dont really play on the 360. Blu-ray is a nice feature to have and it does give the ps3 +1 on the 360 just because its there, but gamewise.......

You do know that the bricking of consoles because of NXE was on a blog right? No major news really came from actual gamers, like the blog stated. You will have a few people that have firmware problems, same with ps3, but there was no way an epidemic.
and the new 360's come with NXE preinstalled. You just have to get the jasper 360. It comes with internal 256mb flash memory. So you dont need an HDD to play or use NXE.

because it really helps me see how sane I actually am. Who gets emotional over a gaming system and can call themselves sane? Who can cry when their consoles doesn't sell the most this month, or a game that was once only on console A is now on console A and B, and can call themselves sane?

They will remain very close in sales as they have this year.
I think the ps3 will probably sell more consoles next year if they can get Gran Turismo out in time. Killzone 2 will probably sell a few consoles as well.

Why would a normal person "be afraid" of how many consoles sale? I dont care if the ps3 sells 15 million worldwide next year and the 360 only sells 2 (not 2 million but 2). Its not gonna automatically make my ps3 better.
If the 360 outsells the ps3, my 360 isn't gonna magically start to do things it hasn't before.
They are just sales figures. I just dont understand why people get caught up in all this crap....
Decide for yourself. There are also multiple places you can rent games from. I dont take too much from a review. If I want to buy a game I buy a game period. Have I been burned before................OF COURSE.
Have I found a game to be good even though reviews have called something garbage..............OF COURSE. It comes with being human and having different tastes.
