Love the variety in the maps. Glad that I have premium and that I play this game on pc. Looks great. I need to give it a go on my 360.

The only thing, AND I MEAN THE ONLY THING, that makes me mad about steam is there package deals IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A GAME IN THE PACKAGE. You dont get an extra game to give to a friend.

I got my 7950 last week, replacing my 6950. I like it. Plus I got 3 free games, lol. I gave the Deus Ex game to a friend because I already had it. But I can see some FPS improvements, especially in Crysis 2. Not too big of an improvement, but an improvement none the less. Plus 3gb of memory. How in the hell can these pc games come out on pc's with 8+gb ram then massive amounts of GPU memory these days and some still look like crap?.

I guess I'm thinking more on the pc side, as that is where I play BF3. I can see, graphically, where you console guys/gals are coming from.
I really hope, that by the time graphics are actually playable at this level, shooters die down lol. These type of graphics would work wonders for RPG's, but I guess alot of the Western RPG's these days are shooters. Could you imagine playing Lost Odyssey with graphics at this level? What about Mass Effect? Uncharted?
I wouldn't mind playing at that level, but Im more worried about the bodies reacting to being shot, stabbed, etc. Graphics get better looking ...

NO ONE PLAYS THE SINGLE PLAYER AND IT WOULD BE JUST A MULTIPLAYER GRAPHICAL UPGRADE OF BF3! If they want to release some in between stuff, then just stick with the Bad Company Series, which has some great multiplayer in its own right.
Sometimes, too much of a good thing, can be a very bad thing.

This will be purchased by me day one if possible. I like using my wifes kindle fire, but its missing something. I cant stand the ipad as I am not drawn to Apple products and their yearly, should've been there in the first place, updates.

Day one buys for sure. Both look excellent and polished. Stories look great. I game on pc most of the time and its been so long since I've bought any console game at full price day one. These two will be great. I've had every Tomb Raider since the original playstation and they are bringing it back hard.
I have it, its a gimmick. Black ops is crap in 3d. Halo Anniversary is better than black ops, but is still crap. The only games that deserve to be made into 3d games are the old school shooters.

Its not like you cant get the game off of steam. GFWL is great for LIVE enabled games and achievements, but I don't buy games from there because of prices. The system isn't annoying unless you are just looking for it to be annoying. It just sits in the background. This is true. Most of the pc games that I own, I buy when they hit 10.00 or less. Sometimes even 5.00 or less during a steam sale. You have to love those steam bundles.
I dont have a problem with GFWL as it comes to achievements. I like the fact that I can play a pc game and it registers across my xbox live account. I also like the fact that I can play a pc game and message people on my xbox live friends list.
Everything else after that I can live without. I dont even buy games from there as they are too high. On that note, why are we still paying the same price for DD games as store retail? Thats on any service, STEAM, ORIGIN, GFWL,...
With all the hype they tried to put behind it? The many youtube videos calling it the savior of basketball games, and stating they are not getting paid by E.A.?
