I only saw one problem within the article. DDR3 is not slower than GDDR5. DDR 3 has lower latencies (faster), thats why it's used for the CPU. GDDR5 has a higher bandwidth,, hence why GPU's use it.
All 3D is an illusion no matter how expensive the tech.

I am aware of the glasses free 3d technology that is out there. But it is still possible now with Kinect, and one player and no glasses.
Not saying that this rumor is true, but it is 100% possible tech.

........... I haven't had any problems all day. Granted I'm not on 24hrs a day but we just got off of netflix.

My family and I use kinect every other day. Fruit Ninja, Kinect Adventures, Netflix, Hole in the Wall. Good humorous fun.
Gaming is not about "being cool" its about having fun. Companies are just looking at different avenues to change the way we game. If they did not, we would still be using the Atari stick. Everything they make is not gonna be a success, just look at all of the different nintendo peripherals, but atleast they try.
I dont see how it's confusing. You have the new xbox "durango" that will play all of the new games and have all of the features of the xbox 360 mini. You only need the xbox 360 mini if you want to play 360 games on your "durango" unit. You could also just keep your 360.
The 360 mini is a media box in the realm of apple tv etc. You can play downloaded games from the marketplace, ala itunes, that includes full retail 360 games that you download.
