I believe Microsoft probably offered to pay their entire marketing budget for a timed exclusive. I'm sure it will come to the ps4 sometime after February.
Is it just me or does this prove how little time Nintendo spends on the 2d Mario franchise? Uncharted 3 was the best one by far they just didn't sell it properly. They showed us almost the entire game before it was released and if you watched a couple of video reviews (I stopped watching video reviews before I play the game after uncharted 3)they spoiled the rest.
I think naughty dog learnt a lesson after 3 because they barely showed anything for "the last of us" (I also staid far away from any news) and it made the game so much better.
It does look promising, but now that Microsoft has shut down its entertainment division, we won't have the episodes that were supposed to come with the game. I feel bad for remedy since they probably would've finished the game by now if they didn't have to concentrate on the TV aspect as well. Now they are probably trying to tie up all the lose ends. You comparison is not the same at all. Nintendo never stopped doing Mario games and them having their studios working on them now is completely normal. Naughty dog on the other hand have elevated their artistic craft to a hole other level. Not many (if any) are able to do great storytelling and cinematic games like naughty dog is able to do. They have outgrown crash and are better suited for different challenges now... I'm sure they could easily do a crash game ...
Having any level of naughty dog working on a crash game is a total waste of talent... I'm sure they could find a studio well suited to take on the task... Because making Naughty dog waste their time on a Crash game is like sending the SWAT team to give out parking tickets...
Well... Even better for them... Lol! I don't think Sony expects them to sell 8 millions, but 2 or more is a definite win for them.
Well if they sell between 1.5 & 2 millions I believe they will be really happy with those numbers. The PS4 will have sold over 10 millions consoles by then.
