It's cheaper to buy the game now and pre-order the dlc than paying full price for the game. Definitely worth the plunge, no time better than now

I'm assuming they weren't really ready for the ONE X launch... Even when they've been talking about it non-stop, they were never truly ready to show us true 4k... It's almost like they've started talking about it the moment they started working on it.

You playing your Pro on a 720p tv? Lol! I can definitely see a difference with my Pro, you just forget over time how much better it is without actually being able to do a side by side.

Launch day sales will be plenty, but will drop off quickly after day 1...It's still a 500$ xbox... A 250$ ONE S has a very hard time selling, so basically the same product for double the price... I don't know if people are ready or care... If for some reason sony sneaks in a 299$ black Friday Pro deal, they will sell a bunch with people who also buy a new 4k TV.......
Not with a 150$ to 200$ prices difference... The one S can't even sell and that's not even 300$ with 3 free games...
The X will only appeal to a small portion of the 30 millions one s owners...
Most likely a price cut tomorrow and black Friday deals of a 199$ for a PS4 slim will sell like hotcakes...
If the Pro also gets a price cut of 350$ and possibly 299$ black Friday... When people will go to bestbuy and see the Pro next to the one X and barely see a difference, they'll obviously take the one that's 150$ cheaper...
The one X will most likely end up last in sales...

Fully agree... You can tell this upgrade was an afterthought since all the exclusives games that are releasing around the one X launch aren't graphical powerhouses. Meaning that they were obviously meant for the original ONE and now they'll bake in some 4k for those who took the plunge.
The one X has an audience (a cocky one to boot) hopefully Microsoft wakes up and finally delivers some worthwhile games that are out of the box and engaging. They've been hyping...

I know after a few months and the propaganda has dried up, we'll start seeing real opinions and everyone will see that the difference between the Pro and the X isnt that much to write home about. Microsoft has been running this xbox one x propaganda hype train for over 18 months now, that it gave Sony a window right before the release of the X to steal the spotlight right before the holidays.
A combination of new games, release dates for upcoming games and a price cut (maybe a temporary holiday one) would be a major news drop that would carry them through the holiday season and into next year.
That's 7 new reveals on the pre show... Not even the main conference... Sony is winding up a massive blow. Excellent for gamers, scarry for xbox
