there we go.. :-D
the virtual boy controller wasn't that bad... however the system itself was.. it was confortable for being weighed down by almost 8 AA batteries. Better then that weight being on my face. Still... virtual boy was awful. Controller fine... system... god awful.
Sure sixaxis was bad but #1?!?. How about the philips CD-i controller or the jaguar controller?!?! I agree with everyone... the original xbox monstrosity is absolutely lacking. It was the same size as the jaguar controller only with way less buttons. I think they just bought all the dreamcast controllers and used their internal parts but left out that "unique" memory card slot.
You gotta hate people who are under 16 who write these articles.

You know HD trolls must be worried when they pounce on conduit articles as soon as they can this way. They seem to be trying to intercept the growing support for wii on N4g. Noone can deny that wii is getting games, end of story. The people still trolling wii articles obviously have no sense of reality anymore.
But half the internet is still under the assumption that Nintendo dropped the ball at E3 09.
On topic... Poor europe.. guess localization x=can be a pain some...
but i'm going to be playing many games this holiday season... womens murder club is not one of them. I'm thinking more masamura, Conduit, Silent hill and maybe new super mario wii.
HD gamers are known for incontinence. Just like their known for bed wetting.
Game Informer.. a gaming magazine who's main reason for success is a REQUIREMENT from gamestop that you get a subscription to this magazine if you want their 15% discount. So isn't it convenient that the cheaper version got the lowest score they could give it? This came from the magazine that also gave No More Heroes a 6.5. They are antiwii and it shows... they are paid to always support the most expensive options in gaming. I also find it odd they say the levels feel altered when the wii ver...
Let this be made... Rogue squadron has never dropped the ball and has a sterling record in my opinion. Every Nintendo console since N64 has had a Rogue Squadron game. The wii totally needs that. Plus it would be fantastic way for Factor 5 to show Hd whiners what kind of an improvement over GC the wii is. Rogue squadron was known for pushing the GC to it's graphical limits and was a masterpiece of modern gaming. C'mon Factor 5 Germany... do this one up! You know it will be an instant million s...
Rogue Squadron always has been a nintendo system franchise. People like you need to get over the fact that nintendo has many many good franchises that will never come to your idea of a "next gen system" at least until nintendo goes HD.
in fact a majority of people who claim nintendo has changed only showed up to gaming during the psx/n64 gen. This belief is almost exclusively based on the fact that nintendo doesn't have the "got to own" fps's this gen. And such gamers aren't happy unless they are handed a game with deplorable content.
I grew up on nintendo and as far as i know their basic breakdown is fun and innovation. It was nintendo that came up with the button config that holds on Playstation and...
when will we get netflix wii already... I want an all you can eat movie option. That is one of the top reasons why i want a 360 right now is netflix. but i'm not paying 5 bucks for the player and then 3 bucks every time i want a movie... not when hulu still exists on my computer.
I like varying difficulty. I did beat ninja gaiden once a long time ago and that game was INFURIATING!!! You had to memorize every single enemy and every bit of every level.. and i had to cheat with nintendo power... now that was hardcore. Nowadays i like easy, normal, hard tiers. I typically play a game in normal then go to hard if the game was good enough to replay. RE4 hard mode was epic, so is madworld on hard.
I think tecmo had to adapt... lets face it... the blind fury from...
makes some very valid parallels to sports and game journalism. Though i'm sure most of these analogies and points are probably going to go over the heads of most people who follow game journalism and that's a shame. He's right, it's great we are taking part is self criticizing media that writes for the readers when everything is going the way it should be that is... however if you have ever read game informer... some "journalism" in gaming is definitely more advertising then anythin...
That thing looks like solid gold from here. One of the main challenges for the wii is there is no simple engine like quake or the cry engine. Though it is true. once they sell their engine then they have to support it and i'd rather they develop games on it then tell other companies how to make a pretty minigame compilation on it. Though i suppose Retro hasn't shared their corruption engine why should HVS?
more then half those pictures are watermarked for off site. It is undeniable that this is one high kick away from nsfw... the olivia munn pics look not as hot when compared to the rest of em'. It was worth the click tho... kudos and i hope noone gets sued.
It seems wierd that they would even do this study and duh... it's based off of pen and paper and life ways to work your brain. I want to know what the comparisons are between alertness in adults who do no training and one doing brain training. I'm sure it will be clear that at least math doesn't suffer.
What i don't understand how people are bringing in Motion+ debate. This is a story about a ds game and mind training. Perhaps wiifit could be brought up but motion +... wtf!?!?.It...
I saw red steel and no more heores packaged together for 30 bucks. So there is two... I still need to find zack and wiki and deblob. But i keep spending all my money on new games instead. wii has too many good titles seemingly out of nowhere.
in fact for me the whole site is dead... shame because i am a huge fan of game music. Powerglove is one of my favorite bands of all time.
hey it's the same experience of the big system for 20 bucks cheaper and with better controls... btw. The overall score was actually 7.8 almost an 8. I might pick it up actually.
now I got to pick this up purely to see if this is everything these reviewers say. Because it seems the biggest gripe people have is having to point at the screen while playing. Meanwhile Bozon argued in the IGN review that pointing felt good if your used to wii FPS titles he gave it an 8.
I guess i should stop being excited to play this... but i'm still gonna play this. I love me some ghostbusters and bustin makes me feel good... especially with my wiimote.
